Hello mr. willy I have a problem in grandstream ucm , when I receive any call the first digit (0) doesn’t appear , for example if the caller Id: 05888555 , display : 5888555 do. You know what is the problem , Thank you in advance
those guys have very weird support, because I called and they asked me for a customer ID, but I don't have one and they didn't say how to obtain one and then they just end the call. believe me I did not purchase this low quality product but I inherited a network with this unit in it and I am trying to fix call conferencing problem. Any idea how to obtain a customer ID?
