    After suffering from hypermesis gravdarium in the first four months I’m finally able to work with my fifth month belly.. this video was really relaxing and I do it everyday after a 30 min walk .. it helps me wind down. Also fixed my lower back ache ! Sometimes I catch myself smiling whilst doing the breathing.. it’s just wonderful to have support like this
    My baby and I thank you from deep down in our hearts !

    These are some of the BEST prenatal videos out there. Hugely benefitted and probably one of the main reasons for not having any backache throughout my pregnancy. Some of the routines(and your words about mental strength) helped during labour and I could welcome in the surges and had a natural birth. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!

    Wow these videos are amazing !! From the first trimester I was so stiff in my lower back and would struggle sometimes to stand up without sharp pains and since I've been doing these workouts I haven't had any more of that pain .amazing ! Feel so much more tangible ! Thanks so much!!

    Really feel as if these videos are helpful. I started doing maternity workout the late in my second trimester and did it once a week. I still feel so out of shape and huge lol but its never to late to start working out. I love this yoga its simple and feels great to do the stretches and poses. My body feels better. Thank you so much!:)

    This is so great! I do episodes 2-4 in a row (only a 30 mins workout, but it gives a lot of exercise) at least 3 times a week, combined wiith long walks on the other days, and I'm sure this combination has kept me fit during my pregnancy. I am now in week 31 and feeling fit and have not gained too much weight either. Thank you ever so much!

    While I usually try to spend more time to do exercises in the evening, these videos are perfect for when I wake up from my achy sleep! Usually my back starts hurting from the middle of the night and continues throughout the day, but if I do these exercises, they release a lot. Thanks! Also, these videos, unlike many other pregnancy exercises, really accommodate my big third trimester baby. Feel comfortable all the way!

    These have all been helpful, but this is my favorite episode, especially after a long day at work. It is a perfect amount of time to unwind and get the aches and kinks out. Thank you!

    I do this everyday!! The stretches feel so good. I'm 36w5d. The last trimester is taxing but this is like giving myself a massage.

    Kayla, I would suggest trying episode 4, as the stretches on all fours can help with lower back pain and the fluid movements are also great for the hip joints. All of the videos will help with these problems in one way or another too, just listen in to the body and if something feels uncomfortable then take it easy. Enjoy :-)

    I love these videos they have been amazing during pregnancy. But PLEASE switch off the ads mid session - they are so distracting and actually counter productive as they make me think negatively of the brands!

    • @lindsayrakers
      @lindsayrakers 5 лет назад

      I was coming to comment the same. It's so jarring during a yoga session and the person who owns the video totally controls this choice. Since all of the Tonic prenatal vids seem to do this and it's so unpleasant, I'm probably going to stop trying them after only 2 tries. It's a shame because they are excellent.

    This would be so much easier if I had something other than jeans to wear. I would do it without pants or shorts, but my mother-in-law lives with us and she has walked in on me not fully dressed before and I'm not particularly fond of it.
