I'm at 20 weeks now and started this a week ago--doing it every other day. I already feel so much better and am positive that this, along with walking, will sufficiently strengthen me for our second healthy home birth!
I loved this routine..am 38 weeks pregnant and still continuing it... feeling very relaxed after doing it...just save offline to stop the annoying commercial ads.
I'm 27 weeks now and have been alternating prenatal yoga routines since about week 10/11. This has by far been my favorite of them all! Thanks so much!
started doing this more than 4 months ago... I used to do it just twice a week. But now that I am nearing my third trimester, I've been doing it 5 times a week and i feel so relaxed, and feel so great after doing this routine. I've tried doing other prenatal yoga exercises, but this is by far the best!
i love this yoga routine and have been doing it regularly since the start of my second trimester. It has been the best routine i have tried so far. BUT there are now suddenly THREE ads in the middle of the video that completely distract you and break your relaxation. Please can these be turned off?
Unlike some previous commenters, I didn't get any ads- thank goodness! Because I love this routine! I like how this video is truly a prenatal yoga routine, unlike some of the other videos on RUclips, which is really just a regular vinyasa routine taught by a pregnant lady - hello! Just because you are doing the routine when you are pregnant doesn't make it prenatal. Does running while pregnant, make it prenatal running? Not that there is anything wrong with regular yoga for pregnant ladies, just don't call it prenatal that's all. Anyway, this routine is truly made for the pregger ladies. Glad I found it, will be doing it again.

This is by far my favorite prenatal yoga routine I have found. It makes me feel energized and joyful, and I find it to be a good workout for my key muscles and cardio without feeling like work. Also love the affirming language (even though I am sure my poses are not that lovely)!
I am really comfortable with this routine. I am 38 weeks pregnant and i started this routine since 7 weeks. Helped me in pelvic pain and backache during pregnancy.. thank you.
Thank you so much for posting this lovely prenatal routine😌😀 I just had my second baby😄I used to follow this same routine for my first little girl and it helped relieve body pains and tiredness. I felt very rejuvenated and relaxed till the day before delivery. My daughter was also a very relaxed baby and now she is an active 2.5 years old little bunch of joy😄 so I made sure I did the same for the second child. I was very self aware and in control for my labour pain management. Thank you so much. This routine is a precious gem among prenatal routines.I am still doing this routine to slowly slip back into my usual heavier exercise routine😀👍🏻
Loved this routine! I will be 15 weeks tomorrow and just now starting to get energy back. Didn't get a walk in today, and don't want to be lazy mom. Ive done YOGA many times before I was pregnant and this is a great routine!

I have been doing this religiously 2wice a week but everytime it makes me feel so relaxed and relieved from my pains and aches.. My energy comes rushing back and I feel happier throughout the day.. Thanks a bunch for this amazing routine!
I started this routine when I was 20 weeks and helped me so much that I went on till delivery. Towards the end of pregnancy, I did this routine with some slight adjustment with my huge changed body. I had C-section before and after 2 years, I had VBAC and I would partially credit this routine for making it happen. Thanks!!
This is the best yoga routine I have found for expecting moms. It flows amazingly, it feels very gentle but you really get a workout almost without noticing and it is very good for breathing. They really did a great job building the high and low moments with the motion, beath and music. Kudos!
This is the best one that I have found. It is a healthy length and a wonderful routine. I am working on using this every morning, especially because it is working out this horrible pinch in my back that I have had for months. Thank you very much for posting this, it is a life saver for me and my growing baby.
OMG how do you stop those ads??? Shame. It's a lovely yoga routine. This is a problem with RUclips, not the people who made the video. There should be a way to shut off those ads while watching the video.
I looked at plenty other videos but this was the one that I felt BEST after! I'm 5 months now and think that the next 4 or so months should be good if I do this 3-4 times a week! Thanks!!
I really enjoy this routine! However I find the ads that pop up during the routine really distracting! To have to stop in the middle of a down dog to skip through an add really takes away from what we are trying to achieve. I understand that ads are necessary but please do what most do and have an add at the beginning. It would make this much more enjoyable.
Wow, thanks for this video. I've been trying to go to a pregnancy yoga class but could't do it. Now thats gonna be my exercises for everyday until giving birth. I'm already in 34 weeks but I still can do this. The meditational music makes it even better! Great!!!

This is my second pregnancy on this yoga routine and it's by FAR my favorite. This makes me feel better and also gets my mind and spirit in a healthy place. The new commercials though are a really really bad distraction. I would be happy to pay for this video if it meant I didn't have commercials.
I agree with Joxeta....perfect length and great for pinched areas in the upper back. I am suffering from pregnancy related carpet tunnel. When I wake up in pain this routine is the only thing that I have found to take it away and relieve the pressure. Thanks for making it available.

I love listening to Laura Dutta and the whole flow... 34 weeks and i try to do this at least 4 times a week. I am feeling frustrated like many about the mid practice ads which only came up today, but happened 4 times. i understand the beginning and end ads as RUclips is free...does the ad blocker plugin work in this case?
This is really good morning routine. I had few weeks break of doing yoga and noticed how I got quickly out of shape. This is good way to get back - if done every morning.
I'm 22 weeks pregnant and have suffered from immense back pain that prohibits me from enjoying daily life. After doing this workout just once I feel calmer and the pain has lessened. I absolutely love how the narrator reminders you to feel connected with your baby and the earth. I am very blessed to be pregnant and very blessed to have found this yoga video. Thank you!

If you are using Chrome there is a plug-in you can easily install called Ad Block, that way you can enjoy your practice without any ads. I believe there is a similar plug-in for safari as well. :)
For you guys who don't want any distraction from commercials, you can download this video to your computer. But we need to understand that commercial is a part of the business for the authors to keep making useful video like this, so if you appreciate their contribution, let's deal with these distraction by yourself.

To all the ladies complaining about the ads: same thing would happen to me, but I figured out a little trick. Open the video. Skip the ad and then let the video play for 10-15 seconds. Press the "back button" at the top of your window. Then click on the video again, and it should play through without ads, or only 1 ad in the middle (which is certainly better than 4 or 5 ads). Hope it works for ya! I really loved this prenatal routine, but I agree the amount of ads SUCK!

I agree! This is my favorite prenatal yoga I've found so far but the advertisements are ridiculous. You'll be relaxed and into the flow and then an advertisement just starts with no warning. As if you're going to buy anything being advertised when it has rudely interrupted your practice.
