- Just a Little protection can go a long way. I was looking at buying some of these chaps while I was doing a lot of sawing. After watching Pete from Cheap Homesteading do his chain saw test I pulled the trigger and bought these Husqvarna Technical Chaps. and Here My Take on them. Just a little bonus footage at the end had a little close call with the MUD.

the kubota with the bucket grapple is quite effective.thanks for the shout out. Have a good one my friend.
It work very well friend Thanks for your visit.
You did a great review!!!
Thank you so much for your visit.
If I was doing this type of work would for sure get these, great video...That's one big pile of mud and water, yep getting stuck in that would be a pain...Big like...
Glad you come by for a visit, yes it would turn a few hour project into an all day event.
Your right about that, you can never have too much protection when it comes to chainsaws
Yeah thanks so much for your visit.
You do some great things! Nice review
Thank you so much for your visit friends
great safety video, thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much my friend
working forestry 20 years ago wearing those 12ply pants was like wearing snow pants at 35C!!! but they did save my leg once or twice! Chaps look like a way better idea, great share
Thank you so much for stopping by.
Getting it done good job
Thank you so much!
About 20 years ago, before chaps were commonly available, I was careless with my chainsaw and sliced my thigh open, just after I had finished cutting for the day, or so I thought. The saw grazed my leg as I finished, and I looked down and blood was soaking through my cut-up blue jeans. Instead of rushing to the doctor, I put on a few band-aids and a pair of dark blue chino pants, then stopped by the doctor for stitches, and went on to a concert in my small, rural town, a once-in-a-lifetime concert show-casing a big name star from the west coast and the past. The dark blue pants didn’t show the blood, and I am glad I got to see and hear the west-coast star from the past. We all make choices, and in thinking about it, I wish I had had the chaps on - I almost cut my leg off because I was not careful enough, but I go pictures of the star!
Well at least you didn't miss the concert lol! That could have been way worse, thanks for your story. I will be wearing this during my cutting operation for sure!
Wow nice video
Thanks you
Great video and review
thank you so much.
Very nice video. All it takes is just one little bit of not paying attention and a saw will flat out get you. Chaps are the way to go
Thanks so much for Stopping by Great to see you again.
Thanks for sharing. You can never be too safe. I was using a band saw yesterday, yeah, was careless the my knuckle was a hit... Could have been a lot worse but I learned a valuable lesson... I use a saw, don't use chaps but I know I should....
You can never be to carefull, just ask Liberty Gardens the commet right above you he hit his leg just last week it's on his channel.
Nice sharing video! 👍
Thank you Friend.
Nice chaps and the orange is good around power equipment. Safety first my man.
Thank you so much for continued support Friend now the craziness is over.
The property here is mostly open - but the sides of some fields... well, let's say I could make good use of all the equipment you show in this video! Watching and Supporting!
We are very blessed to have this it's a big help and time saver!
Good video my friend 👍🏻
Love that tractor!
Thank you it is a workhorse.
Great video 😊 I was cringing😬 when you were close to the trees while they was falling apart..tfs
It was a little hairy lol!
I need a tractor like that one. Great video. I just got a pair of Husqvarna chaps myself, after last week's close call.
Hey that was really a close one so happy it didn't get you bad.
My Uncle was cutting wood about 10 years ago same thing he had been doing for of 30 years. Saw jumped and got his leg. Tore him up pretty good thank goodness he didn't loose his leg but he is extra careful now and wears the chaps.
He must have an angel working over time! I will be wearing mine from now on.
Handy safety item
Yes you are so true great to see you again Mate!
Nice chaps. Ive never used them before
Me either but I will be from now on!
So nice friend
Thanks you for visiting!
You cant be too careful when using chainsaws. Neat video !
Thank you and you are right.
Great video.
Thanks
I grew up in a home heated by firewood, and helped with getting more every year. All it takes is one slip with an axe or chainsaw to cause a serious injury. I'm glad you're staying safe out there! Thorns are such a pain when you only have bluejeans on, good point! #36
Thanks friend for dropping by I think the pros well out weight the cons on this one.
I like these, and when you say "chaps," I think of a group of Englishmen - LOL... also, I might be able to use a weed eater with the "attachment" option to place a brush wacker thing on it... looks like it could handle the brush I need to clear!
Thanks again for stopping by you can get those blades for a weed eater they work really well for brush.
Thanks for commenting on our Channel
And thank you for your visit.
Nice video 😊
I will be having a bit of work when we move to the new property! Dropping some support to you with this visit! #IAmACreator #IAmASupporter
Yes sir thank you friend.
Haven't operated a chainsaw before.
Well I believe that is the smart thing they are one of the most dangerous tool.
I've been lucky and never got cut by a saw. It was probably because my dad is a wizard with the saw and taught me how to not get killed.
I wear chaps most of the time.
Nice video
great review keep it up man ;p
Thank you friend

Great video. I had no idea these were available. My dad could use those while chopping fire wood. Thanks for the good information. I watched, liked, shared, and added to my playlist. Have a great day!
Thank you so much!

😄👍we gave a big like👍5👍fully watched😄we always support 🕵️
Thanks so much
Added you as well, keep it up! :D
Thanks so much for the visit and joining!
Nice video you are my new friend
I wore out a set of Stihl chaps, decided to go with the Huskys for a change of pace, and also liked the wrench pocket. Only complaint I have is I had to rip the closure straps off one leg and re-stitch them so the Fastex buckles could be buckled on the outside of my leg where they belong. Have no idea why Husky stuck them on the inside of the leg, and only one leg. Good design other than that.
U made it bro!!
Thanks yes but still pressing on.
MTRUNK 85 u are monetized yet?
Not yet still waiting on the review.
MTRUNK 85 how many hours of watch u have?

Great Video, I don’t own a chainsaw, but I was amazed how you cut through that big tree, showing support from the stream
Thank you So much.
Yeah. I need that stuff. I am kind of haphazard with it.
Well it is nothing to take lightly.
Hey I have the same tractor and am looking to get new tires for it.. It looks like the tires you are running are wider than mine. Do you mind sending me the info on the size tires on the tractor in this video? any help/ info would be appreciated! Thanks!
I don't have access to the tractor at the moment but these tires are industrial tires sounds like you have the ag tires. We like the industrial tires better seems to make less ruts when working in yards and pastures. The downside is less traction in muddy situations. I have a small tractor with these tires I can get you a brand name.
Supporting you back thanks for visiting my channel
I don't own a chainsaw...but I have one of their mowers...good stuff. How close r u on your minutes to get monetized if u don't mind me asking?
Thank you so much for stopping by.
I have about almost 8000 hours and I am in the review process.
MTRUNK 85 congrats man! Well deserved👍
Haha love the title bro. I had a husky and have done a lot of chainsawing in my day and you need the protection for sure. A slip could cost you .....well you know.....and then you may have no need for " protection " again. Ouch
Love your videos my friend. Now I wanna go cut some wood. Peace
Get out there and be safe. But I would rather you make some more great videos.
I could definitely see how those would be a great idea if you use a chain saw. hehe, y'all got a sloppy mess back in there, don't ya?
Yes It was a big mess we could had gotten more but you got to know when to stop.
