Yes India is the second largest country for beef export...
If we use dairy products it means we are contributing to beef slaughtering...

@@korakagaz1473 Bhai please read full. Since people drink milk and there is a continuous demand for milk n milk products more and more cows are breed....
A cow can give milk only after it gives birth to a baby. It will give milk only for 12 to 14 months. So the breeders will make the cow pregnant my artificial insemination (which is physically torture to cow) or through mating process.
Now if the cow gives birth to a male cow then after months or a year it will be sent to slaughtering for meat.
If it gives birth to a female cow then that small cow when it turns 14 -16 months it is also made pregnant so that it gives birth n then starts giving milk.
Now the male cows that are born are anyway slaughtered one day for meat.
But the female cow once it grows old cannot give birth so that time even it cannot give milk so that old cow is sent to slaughter house.
Unnecessary breeding of cows is done for only one purpose so that it gives birth n gives milk. If people stop consuming milk n milk products then unnecessary breeding of cows won't happen n they won't be slaughtered.

@@DJ-ti8lm I don't agree with you. Clearly he told that for infants less than 3 years milk is needed. He is not suggesting about getting rid of cows altogether. Moreover, if you read some researches, alot of population across the world have evolved their digestive system and can digest milk. These people are in other words called lactose-tolerant people. This video might be useful for specifically lactose-intolerant people. Me and my family we are from Punjab, India and have been consuming milk for generations after generation, we do not have any issues with our digestive system. But I know alot of people who are lactose intolerant and do not have such enzymes evolved in their digestive system. It's a choice which you make after listening to your body. Nothing about slaughtering cows, that's over-exagerated, don't mind please. :) Peace.

I have experienced this on my own like when I stopped drinking milk within 2 months my gut health improved but then afterwords I was thinking for planning a baby n stated drinking milk again n started facing digestive problems. So it is absolutely true that milk is tough to digest.
But still if you can not cut out milk from your diet you can do one thing , take half milk n half water boil them up n till it became half quantity while doing that add a pinch of dry ginger powder, it will help in digestion of milk according to Ayurveda.

  • @vinitd5371
    @vinitd5371 3 месяца назад

There is lot of confusion around this milk consumption. I had attended a yoga program at isha yoga centre. They said that milk and milk products from desi cows are better than the GMO cows. Ayurveda has given utmost importance to milk products like ghee and buttermilk. Ofcourse it was all indigenous desi cows back then. Desi cow milk has medicinal properties. Its not as difficult to find desi cow milk in towns and villages in India. Awareness is increasing and even some urban areas now have desi cow milk available. It is possible to consume that milk if one wants to. Just a matter of choice and some effort. We can completely avoid milk products like paneer , cheese ,etc. They are just over-processed, made in bulk by mixing milk from thousands of milch animals. There are reports of duplicate paneer as well. They just make something edible that tastes like paneer. Really a lot of shit is going on in dairy and related food products. I do agree, those who don't want to research should just totally avoid consumption of milk products.

@@user-ks2xo7tk5m Maybe, because there are a whole lot of people for whom all of a sudden stopping milk, which they might have been consuming for years or generations might be difficult, at their home.
Moreover, I am also not sure which region people in the world can digest milk even at adult age. And is it ok to continue, if you have been consuming a single Desi Cow's milk since your childhood.
I have also heard from somewhere that in ayurveda it is mentioned that for certain kind of Prakritis, people need dairy products, to remain fully heathy. (It could also be that for people doing certain practices, that requirement may fall off).
I am unclear about many such aspects, but for me at home it is possible to not consume milk(although once in a while I may have milk or diary sweets or something). And I have indeed noticed less lethargy when I stopped consuming milk. When I was in high school I used to consume 3-4 glasses of milk daily, because I liked it & also everyone said it is good, but during the same time I had a lot of constipation problems. Later on as I reduced milk consumption, things got sorted.

I have seen many videos of yours and i appreciate your content but honestly what you say about milk is completely bs.
What you are referring to are studies based on western people. If you are lactose intolerant, that is another thing but generalising the fact that milk is not good for grown ups is not acceptable.
Milk is a complete meal in itself. It is not a complimentary drink to have alongisde or after a meal.If you will have it as a complimentary drink, then digestive issues will occur for sure.
Google search for baba balak nath ji.He is incarnation of bhagwan kartikeya.Baba ji had lassi which is made of milk and he is the yogi who broke the ego of goraknath. If milk was bad, then why would baba ji ever drink a milk product ?
Why is turemeric milk given to an adult ?
You love to add sadhguru's statement is almost every video. Then you should have also referred to sadhguru when he said that one must understand that everyone has different perception of world. How can you generalize it to everyone ?
If you are right, Send me one video or clip where sadhguru himself says that milk is bad or milk should be avoided.
I am not against you and i am not saying that you are completely wrong. All i want you to understand is do not defame milk.
So kindly defame meat, egg, tobacco, alcohol i will support you but don't defame milk it is my request.

@@ArunKumar-pu8gi on your recommendation,i read the book just now.
Point 1 : sadhguru clearly tells that *except a few regions in the globe* which means that this theory cannot be generalized to all people.
Point 2 : If milk is that bad, then why is milkshake recipe given in the ending pages ?? On page 23 to be exact.
Point 3 and the main point:
One thing to remember is, don’t become a food freak - “I will not eat this,
I will not eat that. I have to eat like this, I have to eat like that.” Eating
joyously is more important than eating properly. Food has influences on
you but it is not the deciding factor. The true joy of eating is that you are
conscious of some other life willing to become a part of you, to merge and
mingle with your own life and become you. This is the greatest pleasure
that a human being knows, that in some way, something that is not him
has become willing to become a part of him.
      -Sadhguru
When the guru himself says not to become a food freak, then why is the video creator scaring people from milk by throwing random facts ?
