Hello, Dr. Dave. I recently purchased a similar device called Tunturi Power Roller and after a few workouts, I felt the pain in the upper back. I have a theory that because of this comfortable device, we relax the back muscles and isolate the abdominal muscles, which means the load goes on the spine. So, when we do regular exercises without the device, we use the back muscles and this protects us from spine injury. Or am I wrong? Correct me please.

Is this Ab Roller good for herniated discs or should I just do the basic ab squeezes hold for 10 seconds 10 times is that more effective

Would this be good for strengthening your core if you have scoliosis? I am 65, and never had surgery. I feel like my core is not supporting me, but I'm not sure what type of exercises to do.

Yes, for my core and it helps my diaphragm for singing.

This would be gold for your core and helping your scoliosis Joanna!
You should be doing a controlled crunch like the one from this video!
