It’s been a minute since we’ve gotten together and I’m so excited that we reunited to discuss The Many Lives of Mama Love! I haven’t read a book (listened) this quickly ever before. It was a memoir that had all my favorite elements of fiction and I loved every minute of it. A huge shout out to Mama Love herself - Lara Love Hardin - for joining us to chat through all the ups and downs. She is truly an inspiration!

Hi Holly! I’m only 25 minutes in, but I just wanted to say that the part you were talking about connecting to in the author’s story is also very interesting to me. I literally comprehend the world through metaphors. And it relates to current events in my own world. I just kicked a prescription drug addiction and quit my job as an English teacher and now have ended up in a job at a grocery store. However, it’s the best moves of my life! There are just keywords I zero in on which relate to me. I like the Book Club so far. I just joined last night. I’m hoping to continue healing my brain and body through the Comforter’s presence in my life. Thanks so much for this interview and you guys introducing me to this book.
