How fitting that this music sounds almost like it could fit in Devil May Cry, since that's what the HUD and some of Gladio's fighting moves remind me of.
@@KresusFIN would've been nice if bahamut was taught a lesson and would make the both of them OP but wouldn't happen since ardyn went insane and only wants revenge
Blair Meier I mean this game should've honestly been released in 2018 that way that the game would've been complete. But I don't care, cuz I played it and it enticed me for 100+ hours. When all the dlc comes out, I'm sure people can easily say it's a perfect 10.
After 4 years of constant playing, I do believe that this is the great comeback of the series. Even if it doesn't care about the series whole life and goes as an open world but I still love this game
It's 2024 and I watched a friend play through the entire game before deciding I HAD to play it for myself. We could point out all the places where the game seemed to have stuff shoehorned in, and it has its problems, but as a flawed but more or less complete game now, it's extremely fun. I haven't played an FF since 10 way back in 2002, but this is one of my favorite games now.

It's the same composer that did NieR: Automata's OST EDIT: Keiichi Okabe EDIT2: Seems that NieR's composer only did "Shield of the King" and "Battle at the Big Bridge"
Dakota Brown I couldn't for the life of me find an answer anywhere. I'll take your word for it though. I had no idea someone else was involved in the making of the vanilla game's OST. Thought it was just Yoko. Thank you
Yeah, there wasn't a lot of proper credit given in a lot of places. Yoko did most of the soundtrack, but Tetsuya Shibata, Yoshitaka Suzuki, Shota Nakama, and Yoshino Aoki provided songs as well.
If i was a final fantasy character i would totally rock this song during my battle with the protagonist before joining the team as the anti hero of the group lol
@@SireneKalypso But it was Combichrist and Noisia that did the music for DmC? Tetsuya Shibata did not have anything to do with that game. He did however handle the compositions for DMC4 and 3.

Tetsuya Shibata the composer on Devil May Cry 3 and 4 made this ....makes sense LETS ROCK BABY!!!!!! \m/
Nice trivia.. Explains the epicness!
Damn really? That’s why I like this so much then
This soundtrack in dmcV when
That explains why this sounds like DMC music.
now i know why it felt like a DMC game playing this :D

I'm 4 years late but, the composer is the same one of DMC3 and 4
Holy shit, this is pretty intense. Took me by surprise, and I had to check if any other tabs were open.
I would pay for an entire Nioh Souls with Gladio
You got your Nioh Souls but with Cor Leonis. ;)
i think that's probably what the strangers of paradise devs are thinking when they decided to make that game
Jack Garland is based.
Episode Gladiolus? More like episode daemon may cry
Episode Prompto? More like episode MT gear solid
Episode Ignis? More like FF warriors
What about Episode Ardyn? :D

0:10 for some reason, the drums kicking in is my favorite part of the song!!!
Sounds super badass, whoever was on the drums were killing that.
Wish we could get that damage font in the base game.
Lucky for you, you can play as Gladio during Chapter 13, Verse 2.

Weird answer 7 years later but as someone enjoying it post dlc launches, yeah. In a good way!

This song has some DOOM vibes and with the whole setup, I was just waiting for Gladio to pull out a double barrel shotgun and go to town...
Crisis Core
