Can we talk abut throughout this DLC, Ignis just plows through enemies like it's nothing, Ignis could've defeated the entire empire if Noct was in trouble and huge danger
I love Ignis's gameplay. He has the perfect balance of speed, agility, and power to to make battles insanely fun and satisfying. It all just feels so smooth. The counterstrikes take some practice, but once you get used to them, they're your greatest asset in battle. And besides the awesome combat and music, Ignis is just hot AF in this DLC, lol.
Cannot relate more. It wasn't that I especially hated him, he just seemed pretty lame, and safe. The king's butler who drives and cooks. But this elevates him to probably my favorite Final Fantasy character, and one of my favorite video game characters overall. Plus, this is probably my favorite DLC ever.
Are you serious?! He was the TACTICIAN of the team! Without his help Noct couldn't move one step forward! He was the "Brain" of group and King's right hand. He sacrificed his eyes and dedicated his whole life to the king! He is so fucking badass he can use 3 fuckin magic elements and even mix them and defeat bunch of demons! Man... I can't believe people just focus on "recipe" part but even that "recipe" part was so important because all those dishes add hp and str to characters. Play the last update and switch to Ignis. You'll find out how bad ass he is!
@@sarika3689 Dude update and download last version of main game and switch character to Iggy and you'll see how bad ass he is. There are some video tutorials and tips about his fighting. You can mix 3 elements and destroy many enemies! "Safe"? He lost his sight and sacrificed his eyes. All plans and strategies were planned by Iggy. He was amazing. But yeah he wasn't as muscular as Gladdy or Funny as Prompto. But he was the most loyal and caring person in this game.
In main game if you switch character to Ignis and attack like crazy, Gladio will say "Expect nothing less than this from our Tactician" (not sure if it's exactly the same sentence but he calls Iggy, the Tactician)
@@omerbl1996 "Altissia Under Siege" starts with a smooth string arrangement while this piece starts with a driving violin solo. In the FF XV OST Volume 2 this is "The Bladed Tactician". There are vids on YT that are also called "Altissia Under Siege" (with Battle Theme and without) but they also aren't the song that is called "Altissia Under Siege" in the FF XV OST Volume 2.
Ignis: Defeats a whole army by hkmself, allies one of the main antagonists, drives a boat and literally becomes batman Me: holy shit I don't think Iggy can be more badass Squenix: bullshit!
I was expecting recipeh... I got Spiderman instead🤣🤣 especially the liberating the areas part. Reminded me so much of old spiderman games where you had to fight gangs to remove their power from neighbourhoods and streets
The entire world : *is in danger*
Ignis : I sleep
Noctis : *is in danger*
Ignis : real shit
Extra verse
Ardyn: Join me
Ignis: Awaken
Did they have to make Ignis such a badass in this DLC? Answer: Yes.
Always has been.
He is badass in both main game and DLC. Best character of FFXV after Ardyn
Can we talk abut throughout this DLC, Ignis just plows through enemies like it's nothing, Ignis could've defeated the entire empire if Noct was in trouble and huge danger
Ignis: NOCTIS IS IN TROUBLE! (Plows through the whole map like a battle royale)
Well, he wasn't a member of the Crownsguard for nothing, you know.
The motivation of this man is real. I dig it.
...you mean just like Noctis was in the dlc?
real mom energy
Ignis was deemed worthy to wear the Ring of Lucii, his cooking skills go beyond God tier.

this dlc turn Ignis from "I HAVE NEW RECIPE" the character to my favorite character in the
game so far

@@Forum_Mongol_Indonesia The real hero!
he is elegance, he is grace... even without sight... he owns your face
Those violins mphffff I love 'em
Being a violin player I have nutted to this
Exactly... when battle theme mixed with Ignis theme :'(
And here I am, again, hearing this masterpiece
That happens with someone who has the power of god and anime on his side
You were the real hero of this story. Both battle theme and Ignis theme represent how BRAVE he is.
3:42 Brave, Loyal and Caring... Love you Mama Iggy
“Mum’s the word.”
how fucking epic this game would have been if all the 4 dlcs were included in the actual game
I agree.
0:42 This part is where I got hyped up
The best music of the game. Shit, i love this game, but it had so much more potential...
SAME
Indeed
SAME
If Ignis was never made Noctis' advisor, he would've been absolutely lethal as a Kingsglaive.
Violins are my weakness and this theme is so good! Ignis is one of my favorite characters from 15
Ugh I can't listen to this song without getting emotional
Me too.
Best character in whole game
You're gosh darn right
Yeah Iggy and Ardyn were the best
Along with Ardyn.
Yasunori Mitsuda is a god!
The true power of the tactition
Assassins creed meets final fantasy
When Brain meets Strength!
I named my cat after Ignis. I call him Iggy for short.
I’m stealing that
I love Iggy. Give Iggy my love!
Jojo reference
God this makes me wish for a warriors game for final fantasy
Jesus Christ Final Fantasy Warriors how did that never occur to me. I mean I guess there’s Dissidia but... idk
my goodness, what an idea! why didn't i think of that?
seriously tho that's an amazing idea
In EPISODE Ignis OST this piece is called The Bladed Tactician.
In main game if you switch character to Ignis and attack like crazy, Gladio will say "Expect nothing less than this from our Tactician" (not sure if it's exactly the same sentence but he calls Iggy, the Tactician)

@@ocendacaTrue that. But they're both amazing. And so is Ignis.❤
Bro when i played this part i can't help but say. *GAWD DAMN IGNIS HELD IS OWN*
Literally
Not gonna lie, this might be my favorite Yasunori Mitsuda track since... sheesh, 'Dreams on the Shore' from Chrono Cross?
When this played fighting ardyn in the alternate timeline I dont think I got hit once
Meanwhile I died like 5 times before I got the good ending ;_; why am I so baaaad lol
That violin goes hard. You add the fact that Ignis has the best gameplay out of everyone (except Noctis) in the game.
I havnt played the dlc, so seeing Titan in the background kinda suprises me
I'm here again, hearing this song!
Ignis: Defeats a whole army by hkmself, allies one of the main antagonists, drives a boat and literally becomes batman
Me: holy shit I don't think Iggy can be more badass
Squenix: bullshit!
Squenix, pulling out the Ring of the Lucii: But wait, there’s more!
Those 7 dislikes are the people who favor the Niflheim army. What a shame.
I'm surprised that the Niffs were able to tame Coeurls into helping them.
This is such badassery
I'm so upset I missed all the DLC for this game
The Bladed Tactician
Apparently the Empire didn't get the memo. They shouldn't have fucked with Ignis, he has the power of God AND Anime on his side.
And new recipehs
Team ignis!!!!
Dude this is FIRE
When a dmc player plays ffxv
I was expecting recipeh... I got Spiderman instead🤣🤣 especially the liberating the areas part. Reminded me so much of old spiderman games where you had to fight gangs to remove their power from neighbourhoods and streets
Gladiolus and prompto would not have survived wearing the ring of the Lucii, fair play Ignis
NO COPYRIGHT!!!
But the real question here was did Ignis concoct any new recipes throughout his battles?
This Soundtrack....😢
Do Not Delete!!!!!
Isn't he doing all this while blind?
No he goes blind at the end of the dlc
Amazing ost whats the composer

The Best!!!!
Best DLC episode. 👍
Clearly he was just too powerful or they wouldn't have had to nerf him

To the people still shipping Ignis and Noct after this: congrats! They may not be blood related but you still committed incest is wincest suicide
Me: someone who doesn't care about undertale.
Vs
The fandom
For me, it would be more like this:
Me: someone who believes Undertale it's overrated and didn't like the characters
Vs
The fandom
sir this is a final fantasy soundtrack
