Slavery has been around for thousands of years, if not hundreds of thousands. While slavery was real, and does cause multigenerational loss, slavery has never been an institution in our generation, or even our parent's generation. There is no way to determine or prove the lineage or damages. There is no way to fairly account or distribute such reparations. There is no way to prove race, as race does not exist objectively in any scientific manner. Today, every able bodied American of every skin tone has similar opportunities to study in school, get a degree in science, engineering, law, medicine or many other career fields that provide ample ability to work productively, to buy a home and live the American dream.
