  • Dusty’s cover of the Temptations, ”Ain't No Sun Since You've Been Gone" was released in 1968 on her 4th UK studio album. John Paul Jones (pre-Led Zeppelin) was the musical arranger, orchestra conductor, and bass player. Dig the cool pop-art video production, undoubtedly inspired by American artist Roy Lichtenstein. (Set quality to 480p).

What an incredible voice. I think this girl could sing anything. What a shame she's not still with us.

Pre MTV but very creative. Dusty sounds great on this track, as usual.

Dutch Director, Bob Rooyens produced this for WDR Cologne, broadcast in 1969 on the first German TV channel.

May have been inspired by Roy Lichtenstein, but a lot of the art is by Jack Kirby.
