Why didn’t you get on the roof the take pictures of the damage to the shingles?
Why are you documenting shutters for a roof inspection? Shouldn’t you be documenting damage to the shingles?

It helps build a case with the insurance adjuster. The more damage you find, the better chance you have of an adjuster approving the claim.
