This is the best earbuds I’ve owned, got them a little late here in Taiwan (in December due to regulation).
Never had noise cancellation before and it’s a real game changer here where the outside is exceptionally loud.

I just recently won a set of these and came across your video while setting em up. I'm coming from a pair of Gen 3 Air Pods which were good enough wireless buds for me.
Now, when you said that the ANC was fantastic, I didn't think it would be THAT fantastic. It caught me so off-guard that for a split second, I thought I was going deaf or something and tried to pop my ears. I really like how you can switch between the ANC or the off and transparency modes to treat them sort of like an open back ear bud. I've only listened to a few tracks and I'm going to have a real hard time going back to the Gen 3s.

As a transparency user myself i have to say that im very impressed. It gets to a point where i totally forget that im even wearing airpods if transparency mode is on and no music is playing

I have the soundcore life a3i earbuds and they’re nice but battery life doesn’t last and they don’t stay in my ear well. I was thinking of switching to this from the soundcore earbuds. I have a 13 pro max

Just got my AirPods Pro 2 because my first gen die fast. I connect them to my tv and usually have to charge them after only watching one show for an hour. I figured it was time to upgrade for a better battery and improved features. Still keeping my old ones though 😉
I'm curious to know how others are feeling about the Pro 2nd gen and how they fit? I have the 1st gen and none of the tips keep the AirPods in my ears, they keep falling out. I hear the XS tips (which sadly don't exist for the 1st gen) help in this matter. But in Canada, these sell for $329+tax so that's some serious cash. I use my 1st Gen Pros but I'm constantly having to push them back in my ear and because of that I don't wear them when outside the house because I am afraid they'll fall out while walking. The earfit test on the 1st gen says the small and medium tips should work best for me but even the small tips fall out. So I'd love to know how people are finding the XS tips work and if you're noticing they don't fall out.
Bought my new AirPods Pro 2nd gen a couple of days ago and am absolutely loving them; after I stayed in a hotel room for a night and accidentally left them behind. I called the hotel and told them I had Find My enabled and that at first my AirPods were pinging from the hotel room I stayed in, and that now they were pinging a downtown location which was miles away from the hotel and they told me there was nothing they could do about it; so sadly an employee at the hotel nicked that pair. But as it turns out it was a blessing in disguise because the new AirPods Pro I picked up later that day are so much better! I absolutely love the noise canceling feature and couldn’t be happier with these new ones. Great review!
I wonder if this last longer than the pro 1 my wife just last 1/2 months and my pair is starting act up current 20 months in sad these thing does not have much longevity
yea some people will always be irrationally against all apple products even though they objectively have the best product on the market. it takes only a little research to see that every other company is trying to copy the airpods because they are so good.

Still rocking the gen 1 AirPods Pro. Use them around the house. If I have to bend over they fall. Use Beats Fit Pro for gym/workouts. Great review

I have the pro 2 and with no sound on my anc basically does nothing for talking and not constant noises like engines and vehicles I can hear any sound normally (slightly quieter tho) is it supposed to be like that? Can you hear conversations with no audio playing and anc?
If your airpods fall out of your ear, put them on, and rotate them upwards in your ear.. they wont fall, and the bass booms better…
I wear them correct sided, until i start doing tasks that is prone to them falling out, like jogging, or some gym equipments that require i be upside down
Then i just rotate them upwards trust
Do your Gen ones still have good noise canceling and transparency? Mine don’t work anymore ever since the Gen 2s came out

Suggestion. I’m using the small tips. The AirPods do not go into my ear well. So I do not get any noise cancelation. I have to press the buds into my ears to get good on the eartip test, if have suggested I would appreciate it,
Try extra small and meduim and you can get memory foam tips that have different sizes

У меня если зажать левый наушник, активируется Гугл Ассистент, а правый меняет прозрачность и шумку. Можно как-то сделать что бы и на левом менялись режимы? Просто я в основном пользуюсь только одним левым. Если что, то у меня андроид.
P.S Если отключить Ассистент, то при зажатии выходит уведомление что Ассистент отключён и предлагает активировать. Я попробовал подключить их к часам, всё работает как надо, но режими меняются только через правый, а на левый просто ничего не происходит.
you might have fakes, Airpods don’t usually activate Siri or Google Assistant; at least to my knowledge

Just gone over tp apple with a new phone, watch and airpods pro 2, the airpods 2 are one of the best bits of tech I have ever owned, weeks later I am still finding mew uses and functions, they actually convert any youtube video to surround with headtracking, I mean come on, the watch and mobile are also the best I have ever owned and a joy to use. I now need to get apple tv box for atmos surround, even though I have full Atmos speakers the chance to blast full volume late at night and the fact that the airpods sound better than my speaker setup means it needs to be done.
I have the 2022 AirPods pro2. Other than lightning charging and no dust resistance, they are the same as the 2023 version
Had the gen 1 for a while already, just bought the gen 2 today and it comes tomorrow didn’t even know a new version came out. But I needed something new because my noise cancellation on the ones I have doesn’t work anymore
How’s the anc? on mines with no audio playing it’s like theirs nothing in my ear and I can hear most things clearly and normally
If your ANC didn’t work, theres a good chance you had fakes

I recently bought these pair, I'm having a problem that my airpods is still connected to my iphone even after putting them in case and the lid is closed, can any one suggest me solution for this..

I love using them for music and podcasts cause the anc is amazing! BUT: It‘s horrible for calls! The other person will not understand you if you’re outside on the street. They always ask me if I‘m just under water and about to die. Horrible.

I bought this Airpod Pro 2 recently and found this "problem":
The left pod has sound only when the right pod is in the ear. It happens everytime. As soon as the right pod get in the ear, the left ear is able to hear sound.
Any idea if this is an expected "feature", or a defect?

I have never liked any sillicone tipped earbuds, thats why I like the fit of the older airpods. I just wish apple allowed the noise cancelling to still work when the sillicone tips are removed. If there is something like that or if apple makes that I would buy it immediately. Does anyone know of something like that? Maybe normal airpod 3's with noise cancelling? Is that a thing?
think of it this way, without the silicone tips, you have no seal, without a seal, you get no ANC. you need a tipped ear bud to even have a chance to have ANC.
if you’re looking for a good set of earbuds without tips, the best you got is the 3s, and even then, you’ll never get those to be ANC.
sorry man but that’s not how physics works, you either gotta deal with it or get over-ear headphones if you want anc
They’re not designed to be used without the silicon tips. AirPods Pro are in-ear earphones, while the regular airpods are earbuds which means they sit just outside the ear canal. If you tried to use the pros without the tips creating a seal in your ear canal you’d get a dramatic reduction in sound quality and as others have said active noise cancelling wouldn’t work.
If you simply dont like silicone ear tips, perhaps you could use some custom foam tips, common on high end audiophile IEMs. Without a seal, ANC just doesn't work. Or you could use Airpods max which transfers the seal to the ear pads.
Lost my gen 1s. Got free Samsung earbuds with a Samsung tablet. One of them stopped working. 🙄 Sounds like the current gen is worth the purchase. Going back to Airpods.

Well this is my user experience. I barely speak on a phone call. And don’t do audio recording on it. Will include the next time I review a pair of headphones.
