Other than ur neck and back , this thumb cracking is probably the best feeling over. First time I did it , it was like I’ve resetted years of writing and typing muscle / bone release. Learn it guys cracking this is the best feeling and it actually feels better when someone does it on you
i dont have the "sniffer" indent and cant make thumb crack. . .i assume i have severe arthritis in right thumb, the pain in it is sharp and unbearable. EVERYTHING i do involves the use of this thumb. Had hoped cracking it the way you show might help but i cant get do it. I hate to go to doctor for it because i dont want to be put on drugs.
This is how i do it: you gotta go where the bottom of your thumb meets your wrist then pressure with force up and forward at the same time and do same with the other hand (it might take a few times) EDIT you gotta put your pointer finger on the middle of the web holding your pointer an thumb and then do what i told u to do ( BE PATIENT)
My mom cracked my thumb for the first time and the next day i put pressure on it and it started to hurt, I researched it, is it like a basal or whatever its called, should i be worried. I will wait for a week and if it hurts there is sonething wrong.
I have an easier way to crack them. You wanna put the area between the index finger and thumb of your both hands together, one thumb is going to be under use that thumb to push the other up and it should crack.
Instead of the video make your hand flat facing up except for your thumb facing out then twist and pull it down but do not move it from the flat position ( it's hard to explain but maybe you will figure it out lmaoo)

My uncle did it on mine lol then when he left I kinda remembered it and tried it again now it became my thing I always crack my fingers now I think because of that they rarely crack anymore.
THANK YOU THANK YOU oh my GOD. I have Ehlers Danlos and this joint dislocates a lot, this is the only way that I can get it back in. It’s super painful but less so than the hand and wrist pain I get if it’s not dealt with.
You wana feel the thumb bone joint at near the wrist then push it down you will definitely feel like a like when a stone was rubbed at another when you move it then when you fully press it it will sound like a pop then it's done
