Hello, I'm glad I found your channel on RUclips. I have a geniune question, I am heart patient by birth. I have TRICUSPID ATRESIA with ASD VSD, in this I have only 3 compartments of heart, ( normal people have 4) and my oxygen level (usually and normal) stays between 80-85.
Which exercises will be helpful for me to make my heart strong and improve lung function to raise oxygen level. Please guide ❤
