      Mas tenho certeza que você sabe que precisa eleger apenas alguns dos exercícios conforme suas necessidades e conveniência - que, inclusive, podem mudar de tempos em tempos.
      Eu comecei fazendo exercícios para o fígado e tireóide e voltei a dormir na hora certa. Foi impressionante! Agora começo a introduzir alguns novos exercícios. 😊💪🏻

    Hello, I'm glad I found your channel on RUclips. I have a geniune question, I am heart patient by birth. I have TRICUSPID ATRESIA with ASD VSD, in this I have only 3 compartments of heart, ( normal people have 4) and my oxygen level (usually and normal) stays between 80-85.
    Which exercises will be helpful for me to make my heart strong and improve lung function to raise oxygen level. Please guide ❤

Не надо писать такие недовольствия,что если будете заниматься всеми этими упражнениями,у вас не останется времени идти на работу.Скажите спасибо этому блогеру,что он даёт людям возможность выздаравл иваться,и восстановит силы, как эти упражнения.     It will harm d heart most . If u heart containt one glass of blood at a time ,u r sending more to destroy ur valve more suddenly. Understand & never do it.
