I came to this video after being rejected by someone I grew to have feelings for. The tapping at the beginning immediately brought out sobs and tears. The heart holding at the end brought just feelings of warmth, self love, remdinders of my strength, and made me feel gratitude for expressing my feelings. I started with a heart that felt damaged, and finished the video with a heart that feels strong and worthy. thank you so much.

Hi! Thank you for the question.
For the twisting portion you have 2 basic option for the breath.
      1. Inhale one full turn and exhale as you return. Longer breath.
      2. Exhale as you twist to the side, and inhale as you return to face forward. Shorter breath.
Choose the one that feel best in the day.
      I hope this helps. 🙏❤️

Part of the routine looks similar to the swimming dragon posture in the Wuji Qigong Short Form except the hand is passing in front of the of the heart tan tien instead of the lower tan tien. The other hand is facing the earth instead of scooping energy with the opposite hand. Does this section of the routine function similar to the swimming dragon posture? Since the right hand for males is the energy projection hand and the left hand is the projection hand for females, when placing the hand in front of the heart were you placing the hands for females? Should males switch the hands with the right hand on top?

I would suggest checking with your doctor. The breathing and slow movements should be ok. The more vigorous parts may need to be eased into. 🙏❤️🙏
