Ha, I am a Hoffer, I am an Ice woman! Yeah! The cold last week was great, could finally pour some ice water over myself after I stayed in a decently cold bath under water for 1:10! Started with cold showers two years ago! ❤️❄️

Much love to you brother, I dig the cold because of you! I have been practicing your method for a while. I went into a fourth breathing sequence today and really went somewhere, then took an ice cold shower for 7 min. I was breathing in waves and just let it take hold. I feel so good, it’s hard to explain to coworkers why the cold doesn’t bother me anymore they think I’ve lost my mind lol. Especially when I tell them I can hold breath for more than 3 min hahaha they look confused and ask me “why?” Then I send them a link.
I also have a fear and dislike of the cold. I started super cold showers a month ago and yesterday I took a 10 minute swim in 10 degree ( felt like 5) sea water.
Everyone who knows me is so surprised I do this but I needed to confront this fear. Wim is inspirational

Wim you are a blessing to the world. I myself stay to long under ice shower cause I get addicted immediately if I'am longer since 2 minutes inside I can go on and on feeling my Chakras working again. But after that I'am a bit sick the following days I now take a clock that I'am not to long under freezing shower and gradually get used to it more I can't wait to get to 5 and more minutes daily.

I like to watch your videos, you're emitting so much positive energy and I don't know where to store it after receiving it. Maybe have to breath out. :D How many times a day one has to do breathing exercises? Is there a possibility to OVER-DO?

What do you think of Gary Breckas teachings? He credits you with the breathing techniques he teaches, but he also highly recommends getting a genetic test and blood test to see what deficiencies the body has and supplementing for them. Do you think we just need to breathe?

Hi, everyone! I've been taking ice cold showers, but I have two problems, or rather three: my balls and scalp (not inside the head) get so cold that they hurt. Has anybody experienced the same, and if so, what did you do? The shock really does make me feel alive, and the rest of my body can take it, but these parts don't.

How can you practice the Wim Hof method. Like the Ice Water exposure if you suffer from Cold Urticaria - allergic to cold. google it. I have this. and I also have POTS which is a dysfunction of the Autonomic system. from antibiotics from doctors that I reacted badly to. I always had Cold Urticaria as a little kid. but POTS is just recent. How can I do this, cure the Cold Urticaria to enable me to do this method. and perhaps repair my autonomic system and cure my POTS- Dysautonomia. through this method. as he says anyone can do this. I tried and couldnt even do it before POTS when I had Cold Urticaria. I tried multiple times. And nearly got in to dangerous trouble when my body reacted and realesed histime and I was head to toe in Hives. And was in a bad place. Someone please help. Cure the Cold Urticaria = Allowing me to do the method = Cure my life long Autonomic dysfunction.

The #1 thing is the BREATHE WORK! You can do that. Many begin with nothing but the breathe work. The APP is free and includes instruction on Breathing by Wim. Go for it!
You have a unique Physiology and what is cold for you may not be cold for someone else. Use the Breathing and really focus on it everyday. Consult with a professional.
The WHM is a Training method, it's not an overnight thing - it takes time to adapt and transform. Take it slow, that is the best way to permanent transformation!
If you want to try cold immersion training - Don't use full cold. Use cool and see what you can handle.

All the hat hate. I loathe marxism but I still wear the leather belt my grandpa got as a gift from a Soviet at Lake Vostok station. Millions murdered, millions starved, millions enslaved, a legacy of poverty, ignorance and mental illness-obviously communism is a disease, outside of the isolated microcosm of some universities the whole world understands that what China and Russia did was foul and inhumane. It's like wearing a hat that says "obesity"-it doesn't imply you think obesity is good, it's a hat, not a manifesto. Just because there's a vocal minority of fat people/marxists claiming obesity or marxist police states are good, doesn't mean your fat-cap or commie-cap makes you a member.

Nobody explicitly stated it, yes. But people act like it, almost like they want to force their views on him. And yes, just as there are good reasons to be critical of capitalism which is based on a mindset of "more, more, more" and materialism. :)
I know that capitalism has its downsides. That's the reason why a have been a very active communist for about 3 years ;) Until I understood that it's not the right answer for our problems. I mean.. of course it's a left answer but you know what I mean... xD

What you are refering to as "capitilism" is actually called CORPORATISM, abuses by corporations, who have been given the same rights as a human(a very corrupt human I'll say), a "right" given by a "capitilistic" government (but are they really capitilists?
The answer, friend, is NO. But again these are only names and most of these names only confuse us further, however)
Corporatism and Murderers is actually what you are refering to as capitilism, yet they are COMPLETELY different concepts. And on the other hand dictate what people have to do for a job and take everything they produce and redistribute it. It simply doesn't work and people die of starvation as a result.
