2- Its fine to wear glasses. glasses are cool 🤓
3- you can't be good at everything. and THATS OK.

5- you dont have to constantly prove your intelligence or your talents to others. just enjoy what you're doing, its none of others business
6- Anxiety, panic attacks and depression arent good, but they come to tell you you're not ok and YOU NEED HELP.
7- You cant fix everything. you cant end poverty. you cant help everyone. you cant help every animal. its ok. just be nice to others and help who you can help.
8- you're not trash. your friends really like you. if they dont answer you they're probably just busy.
9- Dont rush things. Dont think everyone has the same timing. its ok if you haven't kiss anyone yet. its ok if you dont have a boyfriend yet. ITS OK. You need time to be ready and no one can tell you which time is it.
and finally, TRUST YOURSELF. Your 21 old self is still learning how to do it. dont let other people let you down, in some years they wont even be a part of your life anymore. just be yourself and have no shame on it. you're cool in your own way, and people will like you for being you. be free and stop overthinking! we'll be fine (someday)

This is the place I feel most comfortable saying this. Today I told my mum I'm bisexual and she said it's 'not on' and that I'm only young so I can change and I'm not really bi. Please can someone give me some advice?
SmolAndTolBeans go on living ur life happy and bi and maybe she will eventually open her eyes to the truth. it may take some subtle convincing on your part. But don't let others bring you down. And if anything i support you and your closest friends do too 💖stay strong
SmolAndTolBeans I had a similar-ish situation with my dad but he kind of said it in code if you know what I mean. Just ignore what they say for now and one day you can come home with a partner the same gender as you and be like HA I WAS RIGHT BISH. Which will feel great. Once your older you can leave and be by yourself without her judging you and you'll be okay. I'm always here to talk if you need me!

If your own mum can't accept the fact that you're bi, then she can't be a mother. I honestly feel awful saying that, and I'm really sorry if I offended you, but seriously, it's her bad that she can't accept you for who you are.
Just remember that being bi is the best thing ever. I am, and it's one of the only positive things in my life. F**k anybody who tries to put you down for it, you are you and that's all people should wish for. The LGBT+ community is an incredible place, and everybody is wonderful. No sexuality is above anybody else's.
I wish I could say that I'm out to my parents, but I'm not. I've taken advice from other LGBT+ members and I'm not gonna come out until I'm financially capable of supporting myself, just in case. I wish I'd found out about you sooner, because I would have told you about a video by Boyinaband called "Coming out can be a bad idea". Even so, I advise that you watch it anyway, as it may provide you with some extra helpful information.
Remember that you are a beautiful human being, and you are no less than anybody else. You can't change who you are, and people need to understand that. Never give up to what your mum is saying, because by being adamant shows that you're serious. It may even change her opinion.

If I were to tell my younger self anything I would say to be more brave. To clarify not a Gryffindor brave, but more of a Hufflepuff brave. Take risks on being open with people and be your true and complete self. Be a loyal giving friend and don't judge those around you. Your never going to be cool enough to be a Hufflepuff, because deep down you will always have the relentless drive and show off tendencies of a Gryffindor. Still, you will never be happier than when you learn how to be a little more like a Hufflepuff.

My younger self was a very naive person. She had friends just come to her and thought everyone would naturally love her even though she might not like them back. She didn't know about the world around her and the struggles everyone faced. Moving to Canada was a big time for me. Sure it gave me depression but it also let me see new you tubers that helped me overcome my depression(pewdiepie) I met people like you and other youtubers that helped me be proud of myself. I found youtubers that didn't give out news without checking their sources and asking for opinions and I found out about struggles of life in other countries. I found out that friends weren't that easy to find, and that changing myself wouldn't ever make me happy, but it would also bring me a bunch of dirty looks. I'm still at a weird place in life, but I'm also still young. I'm glad that I have people like you, Tessa, jacksepticeye, pewds, Philip defranco,(A bunch of others that I can't think of rn) to help me get through all my struggles. So thank you guys

1) literally stop being so angry all the time... you've seen enough anger around to last a life time. sometimes, you can just move on and let go
2) friends are great! stop isolating yourself for fear people don't like you, bc when you stay away from people, they tend to think that you don't like them, and therefore, they won't like you. jump around from group to group, be kind to everyone you meet, and that's how they'll like you!
3) don't stop reading or writing or singing or drawing. it's okay if people call you a nerd (they're only joking, they don't hate you for it), or if someone jokes about how you never shut up (they really enjoy your singing, they're just picking at you), or if someone makes fun of your drawing (they're serious, that is really is bad, but that doesn't mean you should stop)
4) be happy! being negative doesn't help anyone
5) self deprecating jokes really aren't that funny they just make you feel bad

This was exactly what I needed. I'm 13, and I've been depressed for a while. I'm not anymore. It feels so good to be able to say that. After the depression, I was depersonalized for a while. I went into this little corner in the sky of my mind and hid. I'm back now. I'm alive. I haven't been for a while. It's a nice feeling. My anxiety is still strong, though. And I'm so afraid of depersonalization now that I cry at everything. This reminded me that I'm not the only one going through this. It's normal. And other people get through it. That happens all the time. It's been a long time since I was depressed. It's been a long time since I wanted to kill myself. I'm really and truly okay.
that part about not having to feel guilty about not liking a guy back rEALLY COULD'VE HELPED ME LAST YEAR DODES. CHRIST THE SHIT I HAD TO GO THROUGH BECAUSE OF THAT.

This video is inspiring, and it really made me sit down and think about myself - both my past, present, and future selves... and I've realized, like you, that I've still got a lot to learn and a lot to accept about myself. I also don't know everything and I need to understand that I never will. I, too, struggle with accepting the way I look/act/talk/think, but with help from people like you this will only get easier.
Dear younger me:
Please wear your glasses, they help you see and no, you don't look THAT terrible in them.
Freckles are not awful, and once you learn to compromise with your curly hair, you two won't despise each other so much.
Your body type is beautiful. You may be a twig, but you're a fucking cute twig. (also small boobs are great, love them).
Boys don't dictate your life - you do.
Also girls are pretty nice...and not just in the aesthetic sense.
Help your mom out around the house a bit more. She does so much for you. Also, no matter how frustrated with her you get, never EVER tell her you hate her, because she loves you unconditionally.
And your dad - you're more like him than you think. Embrace that - he's the strongest person you know. Things might look bad for him for a while, but he survives. He beats the odds.
Don't be so afraid to tell people you love them, and how much they mean to you. Sure, some of them will leave, but you WILL find the ones that will stay forever.
Put your own mental health first!! Please! It's okay to feel sad, and it's okay to need time alone, but remember that people love you and are always there for you if you need them.
Stop being so overly-concerned about the way you look. Everyone has something in their teeth every so often - it's not as big a deal as you think.

what I would say to my younger self:
1) just because someone tells you they like you doesn't mean you have to like them back
2) it's okay to like people other than guys! embrace it!
3) don't worry about your thin hair, it will get a tad thicker and here's a hint: side bangs are v helpful
4) please don't bottle up your feelings, just tell a certain person or even your cat to get it all out
5) it's not the end of the world when the guy you thought you liked moves on
6) take advantage of the time you have! say yes to that ice skating thing (but don't be disappointed when you can't go)
7) don't be so worried about school. yes, it will be difficult, but your health is more important
