    I love CF so so much but the statement that was released on nutrition is absolutely ridiculous. As if their most dominant athletes like Mat Fraser and Tia Toomey, didn't ham down a snickers or sour patch kids after each competition or as intra workout and didn't make sure they had fast carbs wherever they went to keep their performance up. And it's not that they can "afford it" because they train all day but because they are very well aware that incorporating healthy amounts of processed foods and sugar into their diets will benefit them mentally and performance wise.
