    didn't know green bell pepper can be used for fish spice. How original! I noticed you've used quite a few types of fish. can you make a video of the different types of fish that are good for roasting apart from mackerel and tilapia?

      8 garlic cloves
      1-inch ginger root
      1 half of leek
      some seeds njangsa
      some aridan
      1 tea spoon of black pepper
      1 half tablespoon parsley
      2 "pebe" (african nutmeg / ehuru)
      1 scotch bonnet pepper
      some vegetable bouillon
      some see salt
      water

      zed dod it depends on the fish you are using and the heat. Just grill until you taste that it is cooked. Fish cooks fast though

      Yes, that works even though we use eggs. If you put everything in a tight container it will be free from contamination and the eggs are cooked properly too. So no worries.

      Bullion is seasoning. It comes in chicken, beef or vegetable. Different brands have, but the most popular ones are Knorr or Maggi. They can be found at your local grocery store.
