- Hello everyone, I recently took a flight from Goa to Mumbai with Air India. The aircraft in operation was an Airbus A320 CEO. On the date of filming, this aircraft (VT-EDE) should've been around 14 years old.
I did manage to secure an emergency exit seat but much to my dismay, it had a broken (or should I say unavailable) arm rest and dirty windows.
You can notice the dirty window panes, broken panels and messed up seats in the video.
Although the crew did a great job with their service, it was sad to see they didn't have the tools at their disposal to make their service better.

Really nice filming of your trip, and I especially love the color grading! I actually flew on an even older Air India A320 from TRV to BOM which previously belonged to Indian Airlines, so it was around 24 years old when I flew on it back in 2017 (delivered to Indian Airlines in 1993 with a special double-bogey landing gear). Air India is currently in the process of completely removing these old CEO aircraft (A319/A320/A321) from the fleet.

Well I've seen 20 years old aircrafts maintained better....
I know🙁. Maybe, it’s just that Air India might be focusing its attention towards its international routes right now.🤷🏻♂️

14 y/o is not that old. usually aircraft last 35 years. it's pretty clean and well maintained, too.
