This was an audit i did a few years back on my way to NYC, it was used as an exclusive on ANN but never posted to youtube. Enjoy!!
OFFICER GRAY NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!
Yes not his kind of nice guy, maybe a lie on everything, the Manager said.
Officer Grey is a soda cracker salty on one side bland & plain on the the other !!😊😊😊😊
And arrested
Officer Gray needs to use a shovel to dispense the stuff he is putting out.
Varmint ? He said this is getting rid of varmint? He’s a varnmit. Jerks ! Thry must be hiding big time there. Lots of illegal! Wow! You have to feel worried for the children there. They may be bring trafficked, rAped abused and all kinds of stuff. The guard lied said all kinds of stuff. There’s something really bad going on at thst place. I’m concerned for the safety of the children inside.
I think gray actually believed his own bullshit
I don't understand how 3 different cops from the same department can have differing views on the law and trespassing. You would think they would all be on one accord. Strange.
You give them too much credit, they are never on the same page
It all reflects on the leadership, or lack thereof. The same when an officer spews BS for 10 minutes, then the sergeant comes out and let’s everyone know they have done nothing illegal. Why do the managers keep that info to themselves? It makes them feel more valuable, regular officers are on a need to know basis.
@@colstace2560 Yes I am well aware of that. I was being facetious. The point being was that it's disgraceful they are not on the same page. Laws were not meant to be interpreted subjectively based on how each cop is feeling that particular day.
They’re trained in violence, it’s all they know
abuse depends on how long and how deep the criminal is...in the end they are all the same.
The law is black and white. It’s not based off of “opinions” or “inferences”, it’s based off of fact. This officer trying to twist the situation to his advantage is pathetic.
Apparently Officer "Gray" bridged that "black and white" gap. He operates in that "grey" area.. i.e., has NO frikkin' clue! lol
"Here is the deal" - The Art of the Deal by D. Trump, but also the US police.
That is what ALL cops do. They twist words, they lie, the do what aboutisms on EVERY call, they act dumb so they can claim they didn't know when they do things wrong on purpose.
As are this moron's sheep--now that's pathetic.
💯
Officer Gray has ego and attitude issues. He needs professional help.
He in wrong job
They are the most ignorant
Gray is a bit……. Off!
Also, completely Uninformed of the law and just plain dumb!
What officer doesn't? You literally have to be a sociopath in order to be a cop.
And this frauditor needs a mental evaluation.
Gray was pushing to violate your rights. I think he would have arrested for a failure to ID.
💯
No doubt. He was amped up, and ignorant
I've never heard a cop admit its a slow day and that's why several units respond. I bet supervisors flat out tell them to never say that kind of stuff, makes it hard to justify officers and their bloated budgets.
Redress the government.
Correct size police departments
the real reason they swarm like that is they all get quota credit.
Bloated fiefdoms.
First Cop was fantastic 👌 and deserves respect 👍👍👍
💯
No she doesn't, she is a cop. If she quits being a cop I will respect her.
Another reason not to talk to cops! He was trying to get you to admit that you had been asked to leave so he could arrest you for trespass. He was asking you for information that he could use against you.
😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂
Never ever talk to a cretin cop!
You don't have to be ID'd for a prelim trespass. You have to be ID'd for a CRIMINAL trespass.
I hate guys giving id when they don't have to. Don't they know it hurts the next man who will be lied to by cops. Rogue please stop being soft
@Ronnie Haas you ok safe at home?
@@ronniehaas-tu4er Me too, he did give it? He had PROOF he wasnt asked to leave so no excuse for a Trespass.

ROFLMFAO--Have yet to see one of these idiots even file a lawsuit, much less win one. You sheep just motivate them to file (they rarely do) but never say anything when their suits are thrown out. 🤣🤣
A complaint needs to be filed based upon the illegal attempt of trespass, while not physical this is excessive force
And the exposing the name ss# and DOB of an earlier encounter. Look at the back of Gray's notebook as he holds it up to the camera.
What weed do you smoke--the one that turns you into a dumb💩 ?
😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂 😹
How in the fuck can excessive for not be physically....your even dumber than gray🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
No private parking doesn't equal they can ask you to leave. It just means you cant leave your car there or park your camper there and hang out.
It's not private parking.. it's state property
I always laugh when the pen & paper come out.
And the gloves!
And the gloves.
Lol, I do too. I think its so very special that they think, " I'll just take out my pad and pen then they will know who's in charge " 😅😂😂
Oh and the gloves that's special too 😄😆😂😆
ANOTHER LAWSUIT BECAUSE PUBLIC SERVANTS DON'T KNOW THE LAW AND THEIR JOB. TAXPAYERS CALL AND EMAIL COMPLAINTS!!
He knew the law well.. it was his ego and flexing unbridled power
@@imbalancedstatus8824 I don't think that is the case here. He had to take the instruction from another officer (maybe a sergeant or other senior officer to change what he was going to do.
@@imbalancedstatus8824 gray knew absolutely nothing about trespass laws.
There needs to be a lawsuit attached to this. If there isn't you're just making things worse by letting them get away with trespassing people from what is obviously public property.
He loves to tell cops he’s never sued anybody…

Officer with the serial killer glasses, learn the law!
A reasonable officer would just walk away and not even engage..Does he want 100 videographers to rock up??
That's what should start happening.
That was 2021
The facility employee made a false report to the police, he didn’t ask you to leave the property, this was handled wrong.
IT’s how they normally respond
The 2nd cop is the reason we don’t trust or respect the police ! He’s the type of cop that gets the 1st cop hurt !!
Notice Gray Doxing someone by exposing name ss# and DOB on the back of his notebook.
😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂
one down, one to go.
And NO, a reasonable person would NEVER believe that a Public Prison is Private Property.
'Can I help you with something?' is code for you don't belong here.. move along.
They think we're supposed to know, "Can I help you?" Means "please leave now!"
i’m not a lawyer, but I would imagine the vague language the cop is using “ you may POSSIBLY get arrested” “ I would LIKE your ID” is to protect him from prosecution.
That's a Dangerous Cop !! Minus Camera Rogue would be in Cuffs !!
Believes his own Interpretations of the Law he makes up.😮😅😂
Egos thick with this One.
I don't think i'd be thanking the guy that threatened me with kidnap. :/
The officer was attempting to use Grahm vs Connor (1989) as an excuse to force you off the property. The Grahm decision was made to give LEOs some safety in determining legal actions while in the field and in a time-sensitive situation. This encounter was in no way time sensitive and the officers should have deferred making any judgment without consulting the DA’s office.
That was hilarious!..Gray was about to mess up real bad..how embarrassing to get a peepee slap by his superior on camera for the entire world to see😂
Seen a lot of these by auditors now. I've never noticed anyone recognize that the common denominator for ID'ing a return trespasser could be/should be the property agent that demanded they leave. Police do not need to ID a person, if the agent onsite can ID that same person at a later date for the 2nd or criminal trespass.
Did that older officer pull Gray’s head out of his ass in the nick of time before Gray did something totally stupid? That conversation sure changed very quickly.
Exactly what happened. And of course the dipshit cop didn't come back and apologize for being wrong. He took a butthurt picture.
Yep, he saved him from suffocating up his own ass.
I don't see how, they left with the last words said to him was he was trespassed.
😆 🤣 he just told him to just take his pic and stop talking to him because he's a HUGE waste of time...
WILL YOU FOLLOW UP WITH THEIR DEPARTMENT TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE??
Always a good audit with Major Lee Awesome is in charge.
RN is good. He stays calm, and he doesnt care if he gets ID.
✌️😎📸💯 i missed the good cop 😮

FLiCK Tyrants
I think it was a joke 🤣
1st cop strikes me as a russian immigrant. and he knows what he is doing far better than the cops who were born here.
it's pretty pathetic.
I noticed that & agree. Americans could care less about their Constitutional Rights....more turn Communist everyday. Immigrants who came from Communism understand the importance of the U.S Constitution must more than Americans. It's disgusting to me.
Probably because he actually had to study civics
Every Russian I’ve ever met seem to value freedom more so than 99.99% of Americans.
We should send Gray to Russia. See how tough he is when they send him to the front lines in Ukraine. He didn't even have the courage to threaten Rogue with arrest for failure to ID. Just another coward hiding behind his shiny ornament on his chest.
All cops are taught to go against what they swore a oath to. There are so many of these videos. So you can’t tell me they don’t see these videos from these auditors. Keep up the great job.
The cop with the glasses was trying to give you some BS. He was not reasonable at all. He does not know the difference between private and public. Does not know trespass laws. A bad cop. He almost walked into a lawsuit by trying to violate the 4th amendment
It is my goal to be barred from all police stations and jails❤🎉❤🎉
It's amazing how simply parking in a normal spot like a normal human being shows respect for citizens and public property. That first cop did great overall.
Gray had no interest in a conversation or an education. He wanted that ID and was going to twist the verbage of the sign to get it. Luckily the other cop stepped in and said, "Gray, we have that ID we confiscated last week still in the evidence room. We'll go back to the station, cook it up, and get you that fix you're craving. You don't need to get Captain Awesome's ID."
He could tell that the Frauditor was totally un-educated, and it would be pointless to talk to the fool any longer. Officer Gray deserves a Promotion for his handling of this un-educated anti-American Frauditor.

I like the fact that he is holding up a piece of paper with a persons name, Social Security number, and birthdate on it. Way to go officer.
Tell that cop to arrest the person who lied on his call. This has got to be stopped!
Do they even realize they are lying straight to the camera? It’s like they don’t understand that.
They simply don't care.
Unfortunately, some jails in the US are privately owned. Is it the case for this one ? We don't know for sure.
More research into it would have been necessary. Maybe only the parking lot is privately owned and operated. We don't know. By the way, you were about to give up your ID without the clear threat of arrest. All the cop said is "it's a possibility, I am trying to avoid that".
Even if privately owned, it's still doing the business of the state so I'm not exactly sure where that would leave the public access argument.
@@epjetta Nobody is exactly sure because not enough research has been done prior to the encounter.
Signs mean exactly what they say and a reasonable person would expect a sign to mean what it says. I'm surprised you let them push you off the property- No one had any authority to bar you.
I hope you are going to follow-up and do some litigation proceedings on this. He was CLEARLY A TYRANT
I like how the pig just exposed someone's personal details.
THREE units for a man with a camera.
They sure are underfunded........
nice work Rogue...seems to me that if there is a lobby open to the public that would grant you the right to be on the premises and given the adjacent residential area and lack of fencing & signage it is clear that the facility is open to the public, SMH...best wishes Rogue!!!

They want respect, but they play ignorant or are ignorant of the very job they're paid to do. This is not the definition of a professional, nor a person I would respect as anything more than a neighbor kid, who has no authority over me.

Every neighborhood has ‘em.
Hopefully, they find the right paths in life and don’t create victims along the way.
@allemander just my opinion, but a bartering system or volunteerism would solve a good majority of the issues.
A 3 part Apologies or Discipline system would also help.
"time out" until they can express:
1: What they did & why it's perceived as wrong?
2: How & what they can do to "repay their debt"?
3: What options or actions can they take next time if they want or need the same things or end up in a similar situation?
Only after these 3 steps are completed; can the offenders apology really mean anything.
Officer grey was desperate to copsplain you into handcuffs until his buddy pulled him up and told him to quit being a jerk ..... the trespass is utter BS and greys definition of a "private property sign" is simply bizarre and his attempts to rationalise it were hilariously weak ! .

Good work , much love from the uk.
We need a real one like NC Tyrant Hunter to go there and not be bullied and conned.
What and awful tyrant Gray is shown to be. His boss saved him from more embarrassment and a potential lawsuit. If they really want that area to be authorized personnel only then they really need to post the correct signs.
The property is owned BY the People. The property is also funded by both State AND Federal funds. Officer/Tyrant/ Bullschidter Gray needs an entry in his Jacket(Personnel File) at the very least.
Good work.
Poindexter Police Gray needs to get his prescription checked. Hopefully he can look around for a clue when he does.

you have no obligation to assist, and should NEVER help a cop.
but, without a written trespass notice, you were never trespassed.
There is NO "reasonable" standard, there is ONLY a "legal" standard.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I am getting extremely worried about so many foreign cops in this country! These people don't know about nor do they care about US rights. Usually, when they bring in imported cops, they have no skin in the game when it's time for the BIG SHOW.
I don't see how this differs from your regular cops quite frankly.
If all American cops knew the law and followed it... This might matter. Foreigners becoming cops and not knowing the law is no different.
@@gottliebdee263 I guess you don't see the bigger picture.
9:30 To auditors and journalists: If the cop isn't going to answer your questions, why would you answer their questions?
What's sad is a quick Google search would have proved it was in fact PUBLIC PROPERTY. And the 1st officer was amazing he should be incharge of citizen interaction training.
Looks like a Dumb and dumber conference at the totally taxpayer funded 'private incarceration facility'. As far as Ian concerned, if a single penny going to that facility came from the taxpayers, IT IS PUBLIC PROPERTY.
A "reasonable person" would conclude the first officer is halfway decent. I figure he'll likely be fired before long if he has to work around tyrants like Pig I mean, officer Gray. I love how he's trying to set up his court case with this "reasonable person" language. I have a sneaky suspicion, Pig, I mean officer Gray is a dangerous one. Or, at least a "reasonable person" would believe so.
A Pig like you and the Frauditor should be jailed while the Officers both continue to protect "We the People" From Criminals like the Frauditor.
Facts!!! Respect
Where did Officer Gray get his law degree?
Trespassed from a public property having committed no crime.🤔 The ' I never sue' is not a badge of honor, it shows more of the lack of credibility to your cause. Great audit
Officer Gray wanted to be a tyrant but luckily his buddy knew better and stopped him just in time. Shame on Gray and great job by the other 2. Unfortunately the woman was being trained to be a tyrant by Gray!
Government sure love to ask if you need help, refuse to comply with the request and then make demands of the public without ever actually helping at all.
I wish you would have put him in check. The tyrant won. Now he's going to violate someone else's rights.
I think what that sign means by "Private Parking" is that the parking lot is only for vehicles that are visiting that building.
Not for a vehicle to be parked there and the people who parked the car leave the property to go someplace else like a neighboring business. Not for it to be used it as a public parking lot.
A reasonable person would believe that their is no reason, except for corruption, that they would not like filming.
See me being me at the 11 minute mark. " Ok thats you and would have walked back to where I was before. That would be tge biggest lesson because that cop really thought he was " in charge ".
If you take them to civil court and file a lawsuit against the City , the Department and most importantly the officer himself for violating your rights (cause for forfeiture of qualified immunity) he will learn . . .the hard way. But even more importantly the rest of the officers in that department and maybe other departments will hear how one of their fellow officers had to personally write a check to a law firm or had a lien attached to his pension , the more officers that hear that hopefully they'll be more careful with trespassing on public property in the future.
Hopefully officers will learn from other officers mistakes.
Great job as always Rogue

Cool officer gray. You are under arrest for communicating terroristic threats.

Did you ever return to that spot for a follow up
Officer Grey does need fired. On a side not Trump 2024
And just think . . . these tyrants get paid EXORBITANT SALARIES for violating a citizen’s constitutional rights!
Wow I didn’t know there is a such thing as “private PUBLIC” property. I know on public property, one CAN NOT be trespassed unless a law has been broken or if one caused a disturbance. On PRIVATE property, the owner can trespass anyone he/she wants at anytime for anything. Big differences of the law between the two.
We understand the cops are not supposed to take pictures of citizens to retaliate! Other wise all cops would be taking pictures of everyone they like and they don’t do it! A lawyer told me something like this! One of this cops should be fired for lying, making threats and for stupidity! Don’t talk to the police! They will use anything you say against you! They are NOT your friends! They are NOT out there to help you!
Did you file a complaint? Great audit!

How many back up do you need for a man with a camera?
If the sign makes people think public property is private property, the sign must be removed. Pretty simple.
Does this place receive funds from gov.? If so this would open up all public accessible areas . Am I correct?
Cops with radios, backup, cars, bulletproof vests, handguns, mace, tasers, batons, shotguns, killer dogs, QUALIFIED IMMUNITY, rifles and they are TERRIFIED OF A GUY, ALONE, ON FOOT ... with a CAMERA !!! WHY ? ACCOUNTABILITY
I enjoyed your encounter with Officer Shipana. He had a common sense and a good sense of humor (7:10). Up until Officer Grey came in and took over Mr. Shipana's investigation. Even though he was wrong about the sign, he kept fishing. Kudos to the mysterious officer that pulled Officer Grey to the side and put him in his place (13:20). Lastly, well done Captain Awesome!
Officer Gray,
A reasonable, although ignorant on the subject, person could indeed infer that a "Private Parking Only" sign means it's private property. Reasonable people can infer incorrect things sometimes. That is NOT private property. It's government owned PUBLIC property that WE THE PEOPLE have decided not to allow public parking upon.
And that's the ONLY thing we have decided about it. We have NOT decided that we can't walk upon it, or that it is in any other way inaccessible or restricted to us, the public. A No Trespassing sign has to say No Trespassing. The notices specifically required by Trespassing statutes do NOT include posting signs that might be inferred to mean this or that. Trespass warning is when an owner or his authorized agent notify somebody else to leave. WE THE PEOPLE own that property, and WE don't request any of ourselves to leave, and WE do not authorize anybody else as our agent to do it for us either.
Do you get it now? Does the above make any sense to you? If you're a good cop, you won't pull that bullshit again. Actually, if you were a GOOD cop, I wouldn't have had to explain it to you.
What makes me sick is the brand-new cars every police department has for their Knights Templers to drive in luxury to extort innocent people while the hard-working citizens are forced to pay for them.
The way he kept trying to work "reasonable" into a sentence cracked me up. You knew he was trying to milk a buzzword. This is the imbecility of the typical cop.
First cop was ok, Gray was very poorly trained on the meaning and importance of signs, the reasonableness standard, the nature of public property, and he was WAY off on the false belief that he had any authority to breach your 4th amendment. His partner saved his ass.
The fact it takes 1 year as a FULL time student to get a Cosmetology License doing HAIR and it ONLY takes 9 months (some academies less) to supposedly "enforce" the law when many MANY Government, County and City Enties know NOT One Amendment.
Officer Geay comes over with that TRADITIONAL line, Ah okay this is whats gonna happen BULL. Trying to sound like he knows what hes talking about (Intimidate) by saying more then once the sign says Private parking. Then bexause his Ego is in control and he doesnt wanna buckle down and admit he was wrong he trues to justify it with his opinion and what normal people would view it as. WHAT?!?
