Funny enough, 2004 saw the release of 2 pro America movies... Disney's Miracle with Kurt Russell (Retelling of the 1980 Gold medal Ice Hockey win at the Olympics in Lake Placid, NY) and Paramount's Team America: World Police with Sean Penn (from the creators of South Park... and featuring the greatest comedic song ever... "America, Fu*k Yeah!")
If Dale Earnhardt Jr. had won the race, he would have become just the second driver at the time to win on his birthday. He was born on October 10th, 1974.
@@markraynor8142 Yep. Cale won on his birthday (March 27th) not once but TWICE! Then Rowdy did it as you said, and finally the last driver to do it was Matt Kenseth at Las Vegas on March 10th, 2013. This race was 2 weeks before my 14th birthday, unfortunately the day the Hendrick plance crash. Amazing how in the last 16 years NASCAR has changed. Turning 30 this year and this was on his 30th birthday.
Very Underrated Race.
2:33:19 John Hunter Nemecheck as a kid. Little did he know he would be racing 15 years later
now Front Row Joe will be Grandpa Joe
one of the best feel good wins ever
I was at this race with my grandpa just a couple days after my 11th birthday
12:00 Right to Left. Red, White and Blue!

@@mattkowal90 Kyle ironically won Kansas on His 36th Birthday Sunday
@@DupontandLowesWarrior Cale won on his 37th and 43rd birthdays, Kyle won on his 24th and 36th birthdays, and Kenseth won on his 41st birthday.
