I love watching your videos. I'm a self taught Chef from Atlanta and I specialize in Pasta dishes. I don't want to disrespect the Italian culture by my not cooking it the right way. I watch a lot of your videos and it helps me to make it as authentic as possible. I also like the fact that you use everything. You don't throw anything away. LOL! I love it.

Hello, You can also put some saffron ; a very small amount of it will be enough to perfume the whole dish wish i basically use also when I do spaguetti with clams (vongole spaguetti), cheers from France

Hey brother I do the same thing ( can't stop eating it) LOL at the end of cooking and tasting my pasta .. especially when you gotta add a little of this and little of that just to get that certain taste you had in mind just right ! I really enjoy watching you cook...... I cook everything but specialize in wood campfire cooking. Haven't cooked over a gas grill in 15 years

I made this the other day. It was excellent. I had to use frozen whole cooked lobster from Walmart. I live in Iowa, so it’s tough to find fresh seafood. Love watching you cook. Thanks for the easy quick delicious recipe. Keep cooking with the blues!!!

And yes you are correct, Don't wanna throw anything out, and clean everything, you can put cider vinegar on a paper towel to clean fruit and veggies and it works. I will be in touch.
oil in pasta water definitely no...salt your so wrong man....n you can you use that pasta water to thicken your sauce or even thin it out ....looks amazing tho
