On "My Car Story" we're in Woodstock IL at Schwartz Performance Inc. Headquarters on 8-19-16.
We're looking at a Custom 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback Raybestos Restomod built for Raybestos Brakes as a promotional sweepstakes giveaway at the SEMA Show in November 2016.
The car's being shared by Jeff Schwartz, the Owner of Schwartz Performance Inc. who is in charge of the Build Team. Jeff shares the car was found in California and although the car had many dents, it was rust free. After around 1400 hours with his Build Team this amazing Mustang looks like a 1969, however has all new parts for a modern road ready race car.
If you’re looking for a frame and built for your Hot Rod & Muscle Car contact Schwartz Performance Inc. They are located at 115 Rail Drive, Woodstock, IL 60098.

Schwartz Performance all his resto mods show perfect taste and such a modest man and a really sweet ride
Hi Juju Partyboy, Thank you for viewing and sharing a wonderful comment, it's appreciated, Lou
Looking at this beautiful car I see where Ford got their body design ideas for my 2007 mustang. Both front end and rear end design for my 2007 mustang had to come from this 1969 model styling. Too close to be a coincidence. Do wish my 2007 had a bit more horsepower but it gets down the road just fine.

Garbage no power windows interior color suck no real explanation on build
Hi Hunter Don, If you want the "stats" you want to go to Car & Driver or Motorweek. If you want a story, stay tuned, Lou
Absolutely love those wheels. Awesome car. Great work!
Wheels and rims blend perfectly with this car.
I don't know why mustang looks soooo beautiful
I'd agree, they look great :-)
Is it all about the looks, Lou?
Filming through the rear rim: "the details"...
You could have asked about the rear axel, with the brakediscs placed way in?
Is a Jaguar axel?
But no interest from the Lou...
Hi Nordmore68, Every opportunity is different, and clearly I like the design. Sometimes I get more like this one, Enjoy, Lou ruclips.net/video/3EGi8HaeggI/видео.html
What a car! Thank you for doing this one.
Glad you enjoy this one :-) Me too. My pleasure McKinley McKeehan, Lou
This, in my opinion, is the proper way to restore any car. I like the thought of bring "electric torque" to newer 2000 and up Mustangs.
Great video, Lou.
Hi Bent Nickel, Thank you for viewing, and happy to read you enjoy the restoration of this car :-) I like this one too, Lou
so ok great car I would like to purchase a car like this, the only changes is the colors full calypso coral exterior and white interior with and auto transmission... 1400 hours labour at $100 an hour is good money right there!!
Hi, Glad you enjoyed viewing one you like, and thank you for commenting, Lou
Those aren’t Marker Lights. They are the High Beam head lights.

Lou Costabile I really enjoy the way you show appreciation for such a wide variety of quality muscle cars on your shows. I have a special affinity for ‘69 Fastbacks. I’ve had two ‘69 Mach 1s in the past. Keep up the good work Lou. 👍
nah,not retro enough.what's with these damn forgeline wheels?are they made of gold or some such?
Hi TheFokker03, Thank you for viewing and sharing your thoughts. Lou
Lou.ive been critical of your videos in the past.your videos have come along way.well done
Hi Andy Earl, Happy to read you're enjoying them, and always working to improve :-) Lou
No purchase necessary just use their product. How am I going to use that product if I dont purchase that product ¿
Not sure. However it's a great car someone will win.
What a gorgeous Mustang Fastback. I love the silver with black and red interior, as well as the exterior stripping. I never thought I would like the silver as much as I do. The 1969 models have the side scoop I love, and the hood scoop looks awesome too. This is a top quality build, and I would love to have one in my garage.
Hi Brooke H. Moore RS, Glad you like the looks of this one :-) Thank you for viewing, sharing, and adding the details you like. Hope you see many more cars on the Channel you'll enjoy, and hope you get one in your garage soon. Lou
I would love to get one of these in my future garage. Thank you for the response!
Forgelines are made 45 min. from my house. Are the rear disks inboard?

This guy commentating sounds like a super creepy porn director
Hi Chris Bryant. Glad you're watching my Channel now vs the "Super Creepy Porn" Channels. I and your Mother think this is a much better choice, so welcome. I'm sure I'm WAY under paid vs a Porn Director as I just seem to love doing this for the fun of it. Glad you're along for the ride, Lou
Inboard disc brakes..alfa romeo style...alfetta 116 series...

That is so nice.
Glad you enjoy this car :) Hope Brian J Malmsteen you see many more cars you'll enjoy on this Channel, Lou
What wheels?
:-)
I usually dislike RestoMods with stupid modern wheels, especially the late blacked out ones but this one is beauty ! I'm an old fart and like cars restored as they left the factory but as I said, this one is THE fine exception. Great job, guys !
Oh, but one question though: why not adding electric window lifts ? Costs? C'mon...
Hi Marc Rene Yvon, Glad this one was the exception :-) Thank you for viewing and sharing. Hope you see many more cars on the Channel you'll enjoy, Lou
Marc René Yvon so.....if there’s a convention and there’s 200 1969 mustangs you want to see all vehicles the exact same except for different colors.....other than that clones of each other .....that is beyond ignorant and stupid THANK GOD we have people who are creative and don’t mind standing out from the crowd.....being different isn’t a bad thing
That interior is terrible. Absolutely god-awful
Hi Cal T. Clearly this interior is not for you. Thank you for viewing and sharing. Hope you see many more cars on the Channel you'll enjoy, Lou
I'm coming
I'm there and waiting.
