• Mongolian Beef that is...
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients:
1 lb ribeye steak
2 tbsp Hussey Heifer Dust
2 tbsp Hussey's Fiesta Dust
6 flour tortillas
1/4 cup chopped crackling's
Salsa:
3-4 cloves garlic, leave whole
4 roma tomatoes cut in half
1 jalapeno cut in half and seeded
1 white onion rough chopped
1 cup cilantro (use more if you want)
3-4 sliced tomatillos
2 tsp Knorr tomato & chicken blend
Directions:
1. Add some oil to the steak and season with Heifer Dust and Fiesta dust and set aside.
2. Preheat griddle to low and add some oil. Add a few garlic cloves (leave whole). Put cut tomatoes, jalapeno, tomatillos and onion on the griddle and cook just a bit. When tomatoes start to blister.
3. In a blender or food processor, or a large Moco Hete (large mortar and pestal) add cilantro, cooked garlic, salt and mash or blend together. Add the rest of the veggie's including juice from lime from griddle and blend or mash. If needed mash in stages. Add tomato & horo blend and mix.
4. Turn griddle up to high and put steak down to quick sear. Cook about a minute and flip over and cook another minute on the other side.
5. While steak is finishing up put tortillas on griddle to heat up, about 30 seconds per side. Remove and cover with a towel.
6. When steak is done, remove from griddle and let rest about 5 minutes. When rested, chop steak in bite size pieces. Dust steak with Fiesta Dust and some lime juice.
7. To build: Take a tortilla and add steak then salsa and crackling's. If desired, add some more onion and cilantro.

The ol' Molcajete makes an appearance!! Love it! Great looking tacos, Hussey! Hope you and the family are well and that your weekend is a great one!
It was great buddy! I use that thing all the time, espeically for guac and salsa!
Looks great! A couple of Molcajete tips: first keep the husk on the individual cloves of garlic while roasting on the Blackstone and remove before using. Second, add the garlic, roasted onion and a little salt and break them down. Next add the chiles and work all of it into a lumpy paste. Next add the tomatoes/tomatillos and work to the desired consistency. The order matters in terms of grinding. Also, the cilantro is generally cut with a knife and added at the end. When you’re done using the molcajete rinse it out well with boiling water and invert it to help it dry.
Thanks for the tips.
I'm always game for a taco. Yours look delicious. You forgot the squeeze of lime at the end.
Sometime try marinating the steak using your seasonings, place in a bag and pour in a can of pickled jalapenos with the liquid. Very good, just the right amount of flavor but not too spicy.
Now I want a taco!
I do tacos so many different ways and probably every time is different. Haha. The original carne asada, is simple, they just do lemon and salt! No lime, just lemon actually. It's evolved so much to a intricate marinade and all that.
Awesome video!!!! Love the bloopers. I have a Blend-jet I got from Wally World for sauces, salsas, and dressings. It’s portable and rechargeable…and it’s made to make smoothies, that’s how powerful it is, maybe it’ll help instead of pulling out the big blenders, or just get a bullet and plug it in where you have the pellet griddle at. Happy griddling!!👍👍👍
Thanks!!
Looks absolutely delicious Hussey! Thank you for another great video
My pleasure!!
Good morning from Gatlinburg TN Smoky Mountains Park Cousin Hussey 💪🌮🌮

The Fiesta Dust is a game changer !!! Full of deep complex flavor but not to hot at all !!! It really wakes up any and all of your Mexican dishes !!! HH/FD/HD 💪🏆🎻❤️😁
Appreciate you brother !
Excellent work… as always… mouth watering. That fly on the black stone in bloopers was a riot!!! Thanx buddy!!!
That thing came outa no where and boom... he gone.
I'm a Gringo. My definition of a Taco is meat in a tortilla. There are fajitas, and Quesadillas. But meat in a tortilla. 😆 🤣 😂 Don't mean to offend with my bad joke. This recipe is going into my save folder. Good Vid Brother. Be Blessed.
Shawn
Dang it Huss, that's one of my favorite ways to have tacos. That salsa looks amazing. I be doing this for sure.

Tasty fiesta tacos!!
Have you reserved your place at the beach yet?
Of course, you’ll have to take Jacob with you to the beach so he can film you making your beach dish!!
Yes sir, we're slated to head out next month!
Jacob isn't allowed to go too far from his house. He has some kind of ankle bracelet on that prevents him. Weird, but whatever.
Another great video that’s some good groceries🎉
Thanks so much!
So yummy looking, thanks for sharing 👍❤️👍👍
Thank you so much 🙂
You had me at the pork rinds
That crunch... It was great.

I have no doubt you'll love it my friend!
Salsa: sal de mar, ajos machacados, dos tomatillos, un tomate, 🍅 un chile abanero, un chile jalapeño, y tres chiles serranos. Aceite de oliva caliente 🔥 y un shot de tequila.
I like that too! The arbol chile can be HOT!
Love your videos Hussey!!! Do you ever dry brine (salt beforehand) steak before cooking on the flat top???
I do, for when I do some nice steaks.
Love those bloopers🤣
Haha... They're great.
Come on NC man! Them SAT words!😂 Aggregate! That's my man! Any one that uses duke's mayo and bright leaf! Got to be a doctor!!!😊😂
Haha.. That's all that came to me.
I audibly laughed hahahhahaah
Thanks so much!
Good job. My friend a great day Sunday June 2nd.
Thank you! You too!
funny... as i have sam the cooking guy version of carne asada in the fridge. this pops up.
Nice! But who's listening???? Haha.
Rib eyes at my Kroger are like $15 a pound. Even on sale it's never less than $13.
That's crazy. Usually the specials rotae from ribeyes, strips, t-bones, and porter houses at $8.99 lb.
And they don't even sell the large primal cuts that I could dry age and cut my own steaks anymore.
is that blackstone serving tray still available? im not seeing it at walmart or on the blackstone site.
That’s actually the dough box from Blackstone and that’s the insert that fits into the dough box. I like to use it as a tray for ingredients too. Here’s a link - www.walmart.com/ip/Blackstone-Pizza-Dough-Proofing-Kit-with-Lid/5395200985
@@thehungryhussey thank you for the assistance. i did searches for trays, and that's why I never saw that accessory.
lol!
Answer my email when you get a chance! Great vid!
