If you want to get results from these methods your nutrition level must also be on point . I tell this from my own experience. No matter Whatever methods and sets you are doing if your nutrition level isn't on point you can't achieve what you want.

I just learned this the hard way. I kept going over my calorie limit in order to hit my protein goal. I just changed my whole milk out for nonfat milk, switched my Greek Yogurt to nonfat, and swapped out my peanut butter for PowerPB
