?...why only 1 repetition in the tricep move...?...curious...tried the squat- then press i saw on KETTLEBELL kings...done for 4 reps....
Because it is a kettlebell flow. During flows only one repetition is performed before moving onto the next exercise of the movement chain.
You can absolutely add more reps in to each section of that flow to make it a kettlebell complex 👍
