Centurion is Back! Thank you everyone for the advice

  • I got the problem fixed! It was a wire in the harness to the O2 sensor. Two wires were touching just enough to cause the fuel mixture to go extremely lean. It was not supplying enough fuel to keep the engine idling.
    I appreciate the suggestions from everyone, It did end up helping.

      Thanks 👍I think I'm going to take the rest of the harness in that section apart and inspect the rest of the wires.

    Glad you found out what the problem was. Sometimes it's hard to figure out things because of being too close to the problem. Other perspectives are usually a good thing. That serpentine belt was vicious, lol.

      Yes it was lol. Glad I wasn't working on it when the belt gave out, I would have been wrapped up in there too.

      Weird that it took a couple of years after the incident to show up. Kind of has me wanting to take the rest of that part of the harness apart to check it all out.
