Let’s make it happen! Somehow! I reckon we should mail all our shit we don’t want to some central place where all the clothes go to, and for each item of clothing you donate, or outfit or something, you get a credit. With this credit, you can request an item someone else has donated. All free except for postage and packaging. How can I/we/someone create this?

This is such a lovely idea. I have a transfeminine friend who I gave some of my old clothes to and it was a really nice way to part with clothes that no longer fit the person I am while giving her some things to affirm the person she is. I also love that your table gives people an opportunity to engage with you and connect with a community without having to spend more money. You are such a gift to this world Aaron!
Is this possible to make it a thing/part of your organization somehow? I always thought it would be cool to have "transition swap" clothes for people who don't want their clothes anymore, and people who want/need to re-do their wardrobe due to transition but don't have the money.

I run a trans clothes swap in the uk and its super draining so look after yourself but I have found people have really rewarding experiences as a consequence so best of luck Aaron 😊

Aaron, I'm super hype that you're going to be at the conference and doing this! Do you have a limit to the amount of clothes you can bring? I have several bins of pre-transition clothes, most of which are professional clothes that I'd love to end up in trans homes of people who need them
I hope no one feels like I'm stepping on toes or taking away from this amazing idea or anything at all, but I'd like to suggest an add on idea. I've had it for a while and this might add a level of helping. My friend had one leg and I tried to find people who were missing the opposite one to him so they could exchange shoes they couldn't use. I have no idea if any of your followers are in a position for that to be helpful, but maybe? Again, sorry if anyone feels I'm trying to take away focus or or redirect it, I just thought I'd mention it.

hey there!!! i just wanted to reach out and ask how the exchange went, i realize this is an old video but i'm trying to find a way to organize something like this, perhaps at a local pride event with some other trans people, though i haven't really talked to people about this yet-- would you have any tips for how to best do a trans clothing exchange like this, like did anything come up that you'd maybe do differently the next time?? any help at all would be very much appreciated but regardless i hope you have a great day
