    may I ask,after the join geometry,why is the fracture looks bigger than the particles?should it be the same size?because particles is distributed on the surface。

    Great effects and tutorial! One question, when I opened the file. It showed edge creases on all the fractured pieces of the logo. Did you mark sharp the edges on 1000 pieces individually?

    From 12:22, how would you replace the transfer attribute node for newer blender versions? (I'm in 3.6.5) I tried to solve it on my own but I can't figure it out... Thanks!

    • @ClémentFoucault
      @ClémentFoucault 11 месяцев назад +1

      You need to add your Object Info (of Fracture object), Normal and Index nodes, then add a Sample Index node set on Vector and Face. Now plug the output to the Scale input

    Hello Chong (great video by the way tha k you) and everyone else! I am having difficulties with my particles overlaying the fractured cells, would anyone know how to hide underneath the fractures? Would it be by displacing along the normals negatively?

    • @Chong3D
      @Chong3D  2 года назад +1

      Hi, you can try to scale down the particles size in the "Front part" of the logo
      in geometry node editor, go into the particles node group, go to the scale section, in the coloramp, change the 1st color to black, and you can also try to adjust the position of the coloramp.
      Besides this, you can also try to refer 13:44 for delay or advance the timing of the animation.

    Your tutorials are very nice, thank you for sharing. Only suggestion is to fix pronounciation of crucial terms: Points and not Poin, Cubes and not Cue, Nodes and not No, and so on. It is just a few words, should be easy to handle! Rest of your english is perfect!
