    i believe that fateless one became a god of fate when they went north because as most of the fatewaivers said changing fate is only the power of the gods not say they stop breaking world's fate wieve just by be there no going north doesn't stop fate from break because their still live and power is still effecting the weive so i believe they left the reim of mortals and enter the reim of the gods by doing so they would out of world fate waive. at the end of the dead kia dlc the island fatewiever said some heroes are made by gods and some gods are made by heroes.

      Now THAT’S an interesting theory right there! I never thought about it that way, I’ll have to ponder on this one :)

      The fateweaver on the island called the fateless one, a god after all was said and done. And he also stated that he would "go and prepare the world for his (fateless one) coming."

    Thank you for taking the time out to do lore for this game. I wish it was more popular. Just like dragon's dogma. These games deserve more audiences.

    ' And so Vekreth God of Scorn stole into the Glade. From behind a tree he beheld Arylia goddess of Love and Beauty in all her splendor. From that day he took ill pining for her. "This Foolish phase will fade away," Belen said "all things do." "You must conquer this weakness," said Thyrdon, "all is Struggle and Victory." But Arylia had seen Vekreth in the Glade, though he had not known it. Long had his disdainful distance filled her heart with painful longing. Now she had cracked his shell. So she spoke to Lupoku and Lupoku whispered in Mitharu's ear telling him the Seven-Singing-Bells had fallen out of Harmony. Mitharu ever thick-witted, set out on the four-day journey to visit every bell. Unwatched, Arylia crept off to Vekreth and there they unveiled to each other their holy numinous ineffabilities and so they were wed. Love and Hate are married to this day and the fools who cling to Mitharu's name rage at the holy union to this day, for truly, they're sealed shut and their hearts are cold as stones. '

    Hey man, just discovered your channel. I was playing KoA and was thinking "hmm I wonder if there any YT channels that cover the lore" and here I am. I hope your videos get more views because they are criminally underrated. Don't give up dude, we appreciate the videos and awesome lore you're providing us.

      It would definitely be cool to learn more about the Fae creator deities! Although they don’t particularly like mortals…

    Great video, but you got the lore wrong on Tirnoch. The Dragons are said to be nearly equal to the Gods in power, but not equal, as stated by Alyn Shir. Other than that great video!

    • @lordoflore9761
      @lordoflore9761  2 года назад

      But let’s remember what Ventrinio said about Tirnoch. He said that she was not only more dangerous than a god, but the effect she had on magic exceeded anything the gods should be able to do. The Patron Gods may be more powerful, per say, but Tirnoch had a far greater effect and control over the magical forces of Amalur. In fact, Tirnoch was able to destroy, warp, and weave fate, something that Ethene was incapable of doing herself (hence why she needed the Fateless One). So even if the gods are more powerful, the dragons have different abilities of their own.
      If you’d like more info on the Dragons and my theory regarding their origin/role, check out my discussion on Who are the Dragons: m.ruclips.net/video/GtPCNdmsr1w/видео.html

      @@lordoflore9761 I suppose that's right. Tirnoch is physically present on Amalur by the end of the game, so has more direct influence, even if she is slightly inferior to a God.

    I was wise to pick Mitharu as my character’s patron god. It added role playing opportunities for him.

    I always picked Aryllia, for stats, since I play mostly as Dokkalfar. But when you showed the Nyralim tree on video related to gods I kept asking myself: what is the relationship between gods and world trees? And, if you could remind me, is Nyralim considered a Fae?

    • @lordoflore9761
      @lordoflore9761  2 года назад

      Nyralim is NOT a Fae, as he is mortal. Even though the world trees have been here since the beginning of time and will last til the end, remember that the entire planet is also in a state of rebirth. Unlike the Fae, whose spirits are reincarnated, Nyralim and the world trees will die with the world they protect.

  • @AidanRatnage
    @AidanRatnage 2 года назад

    If the Fae don't believe the patron gods exist then they must also not believe that mortals exist if that simile is to be taken at face value.

    • @lordoflore9761
      @lordoflore9761  2 года назад

      The Fae definitely believe in the mortals, even being very interested and/or threatened by their ways. However, the Fae Avery simply called the patron gods hollow; perhaps she doesn’t believe in them, or perhaps they simply think the patron gods are not the same beings the mortals claim them to be. Who knows?
