So so glad I found your work, Mrs Stein! I came across your book, after having excruciating pelvic pain for a few weeks, too many doctor's appointments , and having to pass numerous tests for either IBS, Interstitial cystitis, ovary cysts, etc, .... all of this leading to nothing. I have very healthy habits, eat well, do yoga, take walks... so this sudden pain made no sense, and I kept telling my health practitioners to check for muscle disfunction, or someting similar...but they kept looking for organ disorders. Your book gave me the answer I was looking for, after much distress and anxiety . I will follow through your advice, do the exercises, and schedule an apointment with a pelvic floor PT. A million thanks! And be assured I'll spread the news about your work, to women in my area (french speaking Québec, Canada) who would benefit from it.

...really recommend butt on wall, legs up wall. Then use stretchout strap to replicate the accompanying book s lower body stretches as possible while in this position. Definitely going organic, using standing ab workouts letting your body tell you how, when to incorporate pilates, planks, and core exercises. I am now variously using dumbells while doing situps.

Thank you for this video. I have had pain in my lower left abdominal region (sigmoid colon area) and lower left back area for many years. I have had many scans and bowel tests with everything coming out fine; I suspect the pain has more to due with a pelvic issue. I came across your video in a search for answers. Thanks again.

@@glynrowson Yes, I agree. Movement is key. I think too many people as they get older let their bodies get so far out of wack that it's no wonder they ave chronic pain.
