Quick Tech ™©® : Mahlkonig Calibration 2.0

There’s more than one way to catch a cat…or something like that! That’s right we’ve got options when it comes to calibrating the grind on your Mahlkonig E65 or E80. Some say this method is slightly faster, some say it’s easier to comprehend. It doesn’t matter to us what your preferred method is, were just glad Josh is here to give us the details ⚡️⚡️⚡️
Tools:
Flathead Screwdriver
Steps
Close hopper slide and remove hopper
Loosen Flathead screws
Twist to unlock and remove grinder lid
Press adjustment collar lock tab
Lift Adjustment collar straight up
Rotate Adjustment collar counter clockwise
Reinstall collar to collar at coarsest setting
Use screwdriver to turn burrs clockwise
Push collar clockwise until you hear burrs touch
Press lock tab and remove adjustment collar
Align “zero” indicator marker on grinder with center point on collar
Reinstall grinder lid and hopper
