Watching this man harm everyone possible around him is disturbing.
If it's this obvious in 4 min that he's a danger to ANY environment without constant intervention potential, what is the state's delay in keeping him safely away from unsuspecting people?
When you encounter a dangerous predator with history of it - our society has become too lazy to address the well being of strangers who have no awareness to protect themselves from such a wild card!
