It sounds as if this is a gang. G Conducting mob attacks even upon random people just for the sake of violence. Maybe the prosecutor has not handled/charged these defendants appropriately. One juvenile was killed.

1. you no longer raise decent children who respect others or life itself
2. this is what happens when you teach kids to be a part of the "army of God" then teach them to stalk and harass those the adult's target.
