Hi 👋, the first thing I want to say : I love your videos , and I’m a huge fan ♥️ But this time I wondered about your Mountain, at the beginning when you explain what you want to do , your idea to integrate the zoo in to the mountain was so great … you was speaking from brown bears…. And I was thinking that you can integrate also a hole in the mountains for the lions and stuff like that … I wish you can make something like that … it will be great 👍🏻 sorry for my bad English , but I’m from Germany … and it’s long time ago when I learn it in the school
Not gonna lie, I was doubting your plan for a minute, but by the end, the cliff & hillside was looking good. Once you got it onto the big table, and you showed off the green hill slope with varying heights, it felt like a Zelda BOTW landscape, in a good way. Building foothills like that is going to take a lot of parts but be totally worth it in the end. Keep on building!
You need to go taller with the mountain. The Tree House set is almost if not taller than the the 'Mountain'. It is looking good so far and will be epic once finished, but at the moment it looks more like a mound than a Mountain
To break the rectangle with the train line and make it a bit more interesting, as it's now a long straight track, you could make the hill with some curves representing a river having it carved out as how it would in nature. Having curved train lines will take more space, but save straight tracks and look more interesting. Having the insides/outsides of the curves still provides space for scenery.
i love the idea of ninjago on the mountain and i think you should add some of the smaller ninjago stuff on the mountains around ninjago city, fun lego stories can be added.
Holy cow….I finally caught up to your current uploads. I went months without watching your videos because I had lost my collection and it kind of stung to watch RUclips as a whole. But around a month ago I decided to attempt to catch up to your amazing videos starting with day 1 of you taking possession of the new studio and Ive watched every vlog to now!!! The process was a joy to watch Love to see the studio thriving!!!
I'm loving seeing the progress and expansion of your city, Jordan. I particularly love the mountains you've built in this vlog. They remind me of the roads and railways that cut through mountainous areas of England and Wales. There's a road or railway track and right next to it is a fairly sheer rock face. It's dramatic and very beautiful. Well done on all your excellent work. We love sitting together at Morley headquarters and watching Bricksie on the big telly. Best wishes to Josèe, Millie, Benjamin, and fur family xx.
Just wanted to say..... Bricksie you have given me so much inspiration on getting deeper into LEGO. I appreciate your videos like this, where you explain how your building your city. Thanks for all the HARD WORK you have put into these videos to get people more aware of LEGO. Just wanted to let you know, because you've been a huge stress relief while i'm at work to watch and throw on a secondary monitor. So know that what your doing has a huge affect on those who lurk in your channel. I normally don't comment, but felt moved to do so today. Wishing you and your family the best, and thanks for all your past and future work.
Lego is always releasing cool new animal figs, so you can’t go wrong with a big zoo. Btw, the new red panda is super cute, I highly recommend. Baby gorilla too
Agreed about Ninjago City sets! Building them was a revelation to what the build experience could be. So much detail, NPU, story telling moments and playability
Hi Bricksie. I'm so impressed with the Figleaf Fun clips for minifigs! I think all teachers in Primary School education, can use them to great advantage. The mountain is taking shape beautifully. It's incredible how large it is already. A stack of work, but it is so commanding in its sheer size and effect in the city. I really admire your handiwork on this one Bricksie.
I think the great addition would be some lego net on the cliff next to the train track to imitate those metal nets in mountains which are protecting tracks from falling stones
oh man a super cool windy, ornate staircase up to ninjago city would be so cool!! You could even incorporate the dragon shrine half way up or something like that. The mountain is going to be so cool when you're done!!
I love that one of the yellow 2x2 bricks in your mountain support section has an eye on it LOL… that was my favorite part of that build. You should hide some treasure inside the mountain!
Nice mountain build! For the Ninjago City, should also get the Monkie Kids building sets as they blend well into the Ninjago city scape as well as any Chinatown like streets.
wow that hill looks great! can't wait to see how the mountain and hillside turn out when they are polished with slope bricks and trees and such! your landscaping skills are incredible and I can't wait to watch the city and surrounding terrain come together, I'm sure it will be a breathtaking sight when it's all completed!
I love that you’re putting Ninjago city into your city! It’s colourful, it adds variety, looks amazing and it’s totally realistic because many cities around the world have a Chinatown like San Francisco and Vancouver to name just two.
Thinking that a few cowboys might be somewhere along the train line ready to do a heist might be a fun addition and a cool nod to all the great cowboy sets Lego has made over the years 😊
A few, small green plates ( like 4 to 6 studs ) on ledges in the middle of the cliff would look cool, to break-up the dark grey vertical expanse a bit.
Ninjago City are my favorite sets too so I'm happy you're incorporating them into the new city! (Wish I could get them, but I got into lego too late so I live vicariously thru you)
Your mountain is looking great! Slicker than snot on a doorknob Good to see you up and running on getting to everything. Watching the construction process was fun too! I’m sure I’m not the only person enjoying watching you have fun
Looks cool. From afar even the plain rock panels in this layout looks like a massive chunk of a rock wall. It has a nice flow to it. Can only imagine how cool it will look once you fill in all the details. Nice update. I like the idea of the train line running through a cut mountain. Trains cannot change elevation quickly so cutting mountains was the only way to go through.
I love the green hill! it would be cool to have a train go up the mountains, with a helix hidden inside the mountain's structure. That's how they do it in HO scale train layouts. But maybe to do it in LEGO would require too much height. Also the train going through a trench is cool.
hey Dude, I think when you just do it free style its perfect. I loved how you did the cove and thought maybe you would do the mountain like that. I am always loving your content it is my first thing I do before I do anything. Thank you love everything. don't listen to haters your content is awesome
Honestly, I did doubt how the mountains would look especially as at the moment they do look a bit blocky but when you showed us how it looked at the end of the video, it looked amazing! Keep up the insane amount of Lego building! ❤😊👍
Hi Jordan 🧱🇨🇦 Been following you now for over 2 years and because of your excellent channel I have started a collection of brickheadz also treated myself to the world map which I shall do once I have moved into my new home also have received 3 GWPs along the way which is awesome. I have enjoyed all your vlogs from moving into your new studio, live builds, family etc and am really enjoying watching you creating your new lego city. Since you have started to incorporate the mountains I think that the zoo might look better without the raised walkways instead have ground level paths with each enclosure having different walls fences etc. This is by no means a criticism it's just an idea as all your builds are awesome and it's your city and you carry on doing you. Best wishes to you and your family and I look forward to watching the progress of your city. 🤓👍🏴
You could perhaps use the steep cliff sides around the access holes for some mining scenes with cranes, lifts and tunnels or perhaps even some orc caves structures with furnaces, wooden cranes and structures similar to around Saruman’s tower in LOR - it would be some somewhat hidden Easter eggs inside the cliff walls surrounding the access holes.
the start of the mountain looks great! 😍😍😍 can't wait to see the detailing.. you've come a long way from the Ninjago mountain that you built before.. 😊😊😊
Since you are building such a giant structure, it would be pretty cool to build a cave into the mountain. That would just be so awesome and then you could have different animals in there to explore or gems or other things. Also, with there be a trail up the mountainside for people to make their way up?
Idea, you could have a hermit living atop the mountain, one a popular hiking trail, the mini-figs could stop and listen to the hermits mountain wisdom or something like that
Maybe this commend has already happen in the past but for supporting big structures, I would recommend using duplo bricks, they are amazing for that, quicker to build, and very solid. Keep the great work, thanks for the daily content! Your vision is great
Another way to save some green is to incorporate LBG and DBG 'boulders'/outcroppings of rock pushing through the green slopes like it does in real life.
This sure is going to be a really cool mountain! Dont forget to make some cave things one a wile with a scene/story in them that is just a nice detail!
Just a thought: what if you put a large lake on top of the mountain? You could use the height of the mountain to show the depth of the water and you could use it for an underwater scene!
The mountain gonna be city’s focal point, so it need interaction with the main element also an that’s the train, so the volume below could be a tunnel, or a train station. It could be a distribution transfer center or simply the station of a cable car to the top of the mountain
To integrate the train tracks into the country side elevation, You could consider raising the railroad tracks all around to the canal bridge height, a lot of train tracks in real life run on a gravel hill a few feet off the ground
I love the Ninjago up on the mountain top! With it being in water, are you thinking a river and/or waterfall coming off it down the hill? Loving the progress!
It would be cool if inside the access holes on the walls of the mountains there were fossils or something in the “dirt” or other fun underground surprises
First time commenter, long time watcher. I have to say the mountains have great bones to do so much. I like the idea of the train track cutting through and tunnels when needed, more realistic that way. Keep up the great designs. One idea I’d like to suggest is have the NINJAGO city in like a sunken volcano and it’s sitting on the lake inside. I look forward to seeing what you come up with next -Cheers

Fun fact: this reply has one like

Since you finally found your sigfig can you please make a short on it
Not gonna lie, I was doubting your plan for a minute, but by the end, the cliff & hillside was looking good. Please leave a few Easter eggs, like a few minifigure construction workers or miners under there placing some of them supports.
Or possibly make a mine or quarry within a part of the mountain
A mine or underground area would look great on one of the cliff walls up against the access holes.
With how many more hillsides he has to build from here out, underground scenes & easter eggs are good ideas to keep in mind.
It would be fun to sneak a little hiking trail up to the ninjago section!
I like the fact that the train goes through a cutting in the mountain to start with. You can elevate it later for some variation.
F
Why not use the ikea boxes where there's no tracks? Thoguht you bought them for the mountain
@@TipperProject these sections arent really big enogh to warrent the use of the heavier more expensive ikea boxes
Awesome! I love the construction of this hill, and it looks great!

New bricksie video an hour early?!?! Nice!
Hey Jordan!
Just wanna say WOW 🤩 i love your mountain to this point but many to come,i’m sure!
Keep up the good work man!👍🏼
i love the idea of ninjago on the mountain and i think you should add some of the smaller ninjago stuff on the mountains around ninjago city, fun lego stories can be added.

"Mount Bricksie" is looking sweet! It really blends in well with the rest of the city and it's massive in size already.
I'm loving seeing the progress and expansion of your city, Jordan. I particularly love the mountains you've built in this vlog. That mountain with hills makes the Ningago City special and mysterious😃👍

As i was looking at the rock face idk why but i saw it and went Hmm We could Use a Mine.
Good idea!
Lego is always releasing cool new animal figs, so you can’t go wrong with a big zoo. Btw, the new red panda is super cute, I highly recommend. Baby gorilla too
Mountain elevation is looking good. Can already see the finish will look awesome!
Lego should really consider adding a MILS set to their collection, it seems like more and more people are getting in on it
i need those minifig carriers for my teaching job. The kids would get a big kick out of them.
The city looking ridiculously good. That mountain section is huge!!! Unbelievable scale you can build at now!!
I was thinking the same for the mountain behind the zoo
oh man a super cool windy, ornate staircase up to ninjago city would be so cool!! You could even incorporate the dragon shrine half way up or something like that. The mountain is going to be so cool when you're done!!
I love that one of the yellow 2x2 bricks in your mountain support section has an eye on it LOL… that was my favorite part of that build.
You should hide some treasure inside the mountain!
looks fantastic
What an inspiration!! My next build is a Batcave from the 60’s Batman show, and just watching this video made me rethink it, I need to go BIGGER!!😆
Nice mountain build! For the Ninjago City, should also get the Monkie Kids building sets as they blend well into the Ninjago city scape as well as any Chinatown like streets.
Thanks FigLeaf! Now I can wear my Cloud City Boba Fett on my sleeve and quite literally flex on everybody!!!
I love Ninjago on the mountain! Those are such fun sets, and the elevation really shows them off!
wow that hill looks great! can't wait to see how the mountain and hillside turn out when they are polished with slope bricks and trees and such! your landscaping skills are incredible and I can't wait to watch the city and surrounding terrain come together, I'm sure it will be a breathtaking sight when it's all completed!
I think having a hanger or airport would be a good way to display your planes and other flying vehicles
The hanger is kinda like the one from your old city in 2016
I love that you’re putting Ninjago city into your city! It’s colourful, it adds variety, looks amazing and it’s totally realistic because many cities around the world have a Chinatown like San Francisco and Vancouver to name just two.
It looks spectacular!! Maybe you could have pockets of small lakes in your mountain. Your doing a fantastic job! I love it!
You should leverage more the space under the mountain - perhaps some caves!!!
would be cool to have a cave scene at one of the access points
With everything going on these days, it’s nice to live in the Lego world. ❤
The final product will look so awesome! Great job with what you idk today. I agree, the Ninjago sets are modular buildings on steroids
I love it!!!! Rock pannel and mountain!!! Whooo hoo!! 🤟🤟 Can't wait for more!😊
I just see this mountain lending itself to a really cool steel girder bridge for a train to cross 👍🏼
Thinking that a few cowboys might be somewhere along the train line ready to do a heist might be a fun addition and a cool nod to all the great cowboy sets Lego has made over the years 😊
I love the green on the hills, great job
A few, small green plates ( like 4 to 6 studs ) on ledges in the middle of the cliff would look cool, to break-up the dark grey vertical expanse a bit.
Ninjago City are my favorite sets too so I'm happy you're incorporating them into the new city! (Wish I could get them, but I got into lego too late so I live vicariously thru you)
Love watching the new mountain take shape, can’t wait to see how it evolves with the rest of the city! Bricksie is a great way to start the day!
Over at the other next standing hole you could make a cave with a mine, for maybe the dwarfs from show white. I think that would look amazing
Looks great. It would be cool if at one of your access openings by the mountain you see into the mountain & there’s a Batcave in there
Your mountain is looking great! Slicker than snot on a doorknob
Good to see you up and running on getting to everything. Watching the construction process was fun too!
I’m sure I’m not the only person enjoying watching you have fun
The water area looks epic..beautiful.
Amazing! The hill looks great! Also, a great way to have hidden Easter eggs for mini builds or something like a bat cave 😮
Country side should get a Hobbit Home ... like the Unexpected Gathering set. I think it would add a fun easter egg.
Nice start to the the mountain Bricksie ,excited to see the end result
You should definitely use LEGO IKEA boxes to support in all the mountain!!!!😀👍👑 That should save you a lot bricks!!!😱 Keep up the good work💪
I like the modular baseplate mountains. Well done!
Looks cool. From afar even the plain rock panels in this layout looks like a massive chunk of a rock wall. It has a nice flow to it. Can only imagine how cool it will look once you fill in all the details. Nice update. I like the idea of the train line running through a cut mountain. The hills are alive with the sound of LEGO 🎉🎉🎉
hey Dude, I think when you just do it free style its perfect. I loved how you did the cove and thought maybe you would do the mountain like that. I am always loving your content it is my first thing I do before I do anything. Thank you love everything. don't listen to haters your content is awesome
This is some large scale engineering. The detail part is going to be so much fun!
Honestly, I did doubt how the mountains would look especially as at the moment they do look a bit blocky but when you showed us how it looked at the end of the video, it looked amazing! Keep up the insane amount of Lego building! ❤😊👍
HI Bricksie, I think this is one of your recent better content Vlogs. Loving the elevation. Keep Brickin.
I’d love to see a hiking path in the future.
I like that steep section... I would add a zigzag hiking path up it once you finish off the details
It's looking super cool !
How brickcrafts does his hills is definitely something you could do, and it would look amazing
Hi Jordan 🧱🇨🇦

Would be cool to but a few caves for the zoo. And maybe a side view of a coal mine or something

Would be soooo cool to work in the Batcave diorama inside one of the mountains somehow.
it comes together really nicely!!
Been watching for a while, great work, have seen u, level up on your building skills, city's looking awsome !
That amazing as you continue what your doing also the hill looks better than the cliff part of the mountain.
A hut or 2 would look cool built into the slightly sloped green areas of the mountain.
Another way to save some green is to incorporate LBG and DBG 'boulders'/outcroppings of rock pushing through the green slopes like it does in real life.
i would love to see a Medieval themed amusement park...Themed amusement parks are the way to go
This sure is going to be a really cool mountain! Dont forget to make some cave things one a wile with a scene/story in them that is just a nice detail!

Awesome build for today!
Love the Ninjago!!!!
Honestly, the bluffs in Minnesota are pretty rectangular. I think it looks good.
The mountain is starting to look awesome cant wait to see that part completed 😊
Train tracks are cut through mountains! that would look awesome!
The mountain gonna be city’s focal point, so it need interaction with the main element also an that’s the train, so the volume below could be a tunnel, or a train station. It could be a distribution transfer center or simply the station of a cable car to the top of the mountain

Those mountains/ hills look stunning. Very detailed. I’m excited to see what you do with the A frame cabin and Treehouse!
