Tried 3 times now, it just sticks to parchment paper so much I can’t get it off. Am I cook on too high a heat or not hot enough?

You don’t need to pre cook the cauliflower, comes out perfectly when added to mixture raw, it cooks when making it into crust on first cook before topping
