fascinated by Utica is so underrated like, my god, she was just stealing the spot light constantly, she had so many fun moves and little gags that for me it might one of the best lip syncs without any splits and reveals

I feel like what makes 100% Pure Love so rewatchable is not only Denali’s 100% pure moves but the way Kahmora gracefully fought while limited with her dress. While it looks like another Charlie moment, Kahmora fought hard with her visuals and the little gestures such as drawing a heart at the “pure love” lyric. Just watching her is just as fun because I feel like both of them captured the vibes of the song in different ways and it’s just so so great overall.

I think if the winner was only based on lip syncs no one was sending Katya home except Kennedy. She was amazing. Everyone talks about Aja in the All Stars talent show but when Kennedy flipped on to that high thing she made it look effortless

Well yes and no… With No Scrubs there was no one doing good. In the 6-way lipsync Plastique, Scarlet & Ra’jah were doing pretty good and giving their all in the right energy. So comparing; the No Scrubs lipsync is a notorious lipsync that deserves a double sashay.
“Falling” was so underrated, that when Monet asked Silky on Pit Stop who is the best lipsyncer from season 14 on lalaparuza episode. She was truly shocked to hear Deja, cause she thought she never lip synced. She even responded with “I’ve never seen her performing”
I think This Will Be An Everlasting Love will be my favorite lipsync ever. The gag of Dida looking like Natalie Cole performing Natalie Cole in front of Natalie Cole who is cheering her on truly is peak Drag and there's no way to top that.

Though her track record of wins and losses in lipsyncs is iffy, she still kills it every time. I mean Good As Hell, Old MacDonald, Supernova, and Swish Swish are all losses for Monét, but I think she did an incredible job with all of them. I love Latrice vs Dida but damn girl, Kenya vs Milan was phenomenal. Phenomenal isn’t even an exaggeration in the slightest, both queens are great performers that gave everything. I can’t even talk about this lip sync without emphasising how good I think it is yet literally no one talks about it.
Milan did a lot, like a dramatic, excessive amount in lip syncs BUT you could tell she wanted it. She and Kenya literally vogued, lip synced, and did acrobatics. That takes a lot of stamina and talent.
I’m sad he didn’t mention that one, it’s THE underrated lipsync and I think would get way more praise if Milan or Kenya didn’t have reputations for being messy lipsyncers because everything they did in Vogue was CORRECT.

No Tears Left To Cry is SO underrated! Symone served up comedic and a fun lip-sync and the tension between her and Utica because of their friendship was delicious
The thing about symone for me is that even tho the gimmick was used every time. She just served face to an extent we've never seen before that, for me, was nearly undeniable. I think she also got lucky tho that she never got a song that really challenged her style of lip sync. Imagine if she got neutron dance or vibeology 😂
I went to Monet’s comedy show this past summer (AS7 was about mid-way through airing) and when an audience member asked her what her best lip sync was she said Pound the Alarm. She’s so entertaining and joyous to watch!

Honestly I think the Kill the Lights lipsync between Heidi and Jackie in S12 is VERY underrated. I honestly thought it was a completely deserved double shantay because they did two very different things that managed to be very effective. The main critique I hear is that Jackie was too one-note and cringy but I honestly don't think it would've come off that way when watching it irl.
"...and I am Telling you" is my favorite lip sync of all, and I too cry every time I watch it ( even more now that beautiful Chi Chi is gone). Even Thorgy knew she didn't stand a chance and raised Chi chi's hand at the end as the winner. It was pure soul, passion, and magic ... RIP Chi Chi 🙏 🕊

I'd honestly put Good 4 U as my most underrated of Season 14. Daya is a much better lip sync than I expected and she demolished that song, she sold every single moment and I can not take my eyes off of her whenever I rewatch it.

The way I interpret what Katya was saying is that you have to think of it like a skill tree in a video game. You start out with no skills unlocked but you can put talent and experience into various branching paths, and at the end of it they all converge and you can unlock the lip syncing skill, but you can’t do it in reverse. You need to be able to sing, dance, and act to be able to be a great lipsyncer. And you can’t start out intending to be a great lipsyncer without those abilities already unlocked.
For season 4, I will always love the You Make Me Feel Like a Natural Woman lipsync. Latrice is serving WOMANA with her fake pregnant belly and Kenya is so chaotic that it's laughable. An underrated lipsync for sure imo

The most underrated lip sync of season 5 for me has to be Coco vs Jade. Coco obviously ate up I’m So Excited but Jade also really put up a fight and did really well they were both so good and it was an entertaining lip sync overall

I'm gonna put my underrated lip syncs of each season: S1: Bebe vs. Nina: I know that's the lip sync for the crown but I think it was a great one, both of them did really good and the fan base doesn't talk about it too much. S2: Sahara vs. Morgan. I agree 1000% with everything you said. We miss u Sahara. S3: Alexis vs. Shangela. It's a really beautiful song and both of them really gave the emotional amount the song needed. Alexis is one of the BEST lip syncers ever! She can give you dance, comedy, Emotion, everything! S4: Milan vs. Kenya. I h@te that people remember Kenya for the awful Natural woman lip sync, when this was perfection for both performers! I mean, such an iconic song (Vogue) and they gave their all! S5: Detox vs. Lineysha. I think this is the most likely to fade into the background but both of them did amazing. S6: TKB vs. April. Both of them were amazing! Honestly I think the Kill the Lights lipsync between Heidi and Jackie in S12 is VERY underrated. I honestly thought it was a completely deserved double shantay because they did two very different things that managed to be very effective. The main critique I hear is that Jackie was too one-note and cringy but I honestly don't think it would've come off that way when watching it irl.
"...and I am Telling you" is my favorite lip sync of all, and I too cry every time I watch it ( even more now that beautiful Chi Chi is gone). Even Thorgy knew she didn't stand a chance and raised Chi chi's hand at the end as the winner. It was pure soul, passion, and magic ... RIP Chi Chi 🙏 🕊

I'd honestly put Good 4 U as my most underrated of Season 14. Daya is a much better lip sync than I expected and she demolished that song, she sold every single moment and I can not take my eyes off of her whenever I rewatch it.

The way I interpret what Katya was saying is that you have to think of it like a skill tree in a video game. You start out with no skills unlocked but you can put talent and experience into various branching paths, and at the end of it they all converge and you can unlock the lip syncing skill, but you can’t do it in reverse. You need to be able to sing, dance, and act to be able to be a great lipsyncer. And you can’t start out intending to be a great lipsyncer without those abilities already unlocked.

The most underrated lip sync of season 5 for me has to be Coco vs Jade. Coco obviously ate up I’m So Excited but Jade also really put up a fight and did really well they were both so good and it was an entertaining lip sync overall

I'm gonna put my underrated lip syncs of each season:
S1: Bebe vs. Nina: I know that's the lip sync for the crown but I think it was a great one, both of them did really good and the fan base doesn't talk about it too much.
S2: Sahara vs. Morgan. I agree 1000% with everything you said. We miss u Sahara.
S3: Alexis vs. Shangela. It's a really beautiful song and both of them really gave the emotional amount the song needed. Alexis is one of the BEST lip syncers ever! She can give you dance, comedy, Emotion, everything!
S4: Milan vs. Kenya. I h@te that people remember Kenya for the awful Natural woman lip sync, when this was perfection for both performers! I mean, such an iconic song (Vogue) and they gave their all!
S5: Detox vs. Lineysha. I think this is the most likely to fade into the background but both of them did amazing.
S6: TKB vs. April. Both of them were amazing! And this lip sync is not discussed enough imo.
S7: Kandy vs. Kasha. I think this is a really good lip sync, both did a fantastic job and both are so underrated queens. I want them back ASAP.
S8: Naomi vs. Acid. 100% agree. Naomi is an icon.
S9: Alexis vs. Farrah. I think this lip sync is really good. Both did great, and it's a country lip sync that is good, so it's a plus! The fandom doesn't talk about it too much because both queens are not the most liked from the season.
S10: Mayhem vs. Yuhua. They slayed. Period.
S11: Vanjie vs. Shuga. The EMOTIONAL delivery from Vanjie was so unexpected and so great to watch.
S12: Heidi vs. Jaida. Such a fun energy and they gave everything!
S13: Lala vs. Elliott. Yes, the things miss 2T's has said are really condemnable and it sucks she doesn't seem to have learned her lesson, but this lip sync was unexpectedly great! Both were amazing!
S14: Willow vs. Bosco. I know the song is not the most "drag", but damn, Willow did amazing! She was sexy, silly, emotional, all at the same time!
My favorite lip syncer is definitely Miss Trinity K. Bonet. She can embody any song, give emotion, sex, great dancing and she is magnetic onstage.

I've got to use my imagination is ALL TIME for me, there is a second where Latrice is clapping as the instrumentals get more dramatic and she bends her back perfectly on beat to it, facing away from the camera, her wig whips back, just taken by that accent of the drum. It literally sent shivers down my spine my first watch and I still think about it
