XFM - Cheap As Chimps Compilation

Cheap As Chimps was a very short-lived feature created by Karl as a backup feature in case "there hadn't been much Monkey News that week". It consisted of Karl finding out how information on owning a chimp.
The featured was binned after just 2 installments as Karl claimed that journalist Donal McIntyre had stolen the idea to use for a BBC show, also because the idea was rubbish in general.

I always say that 15 Tawain is easily the worst idea. It would barely, and I mean barely, work as a TV show where the audience could actually see all 15 items, but to do it on the radio where they would have to describe each item one by one to the listeners? That's insanely terrible.

I was glad to see it go after the 2nd installment, it was awful, and every time I re-listen to the shows and hear the two episodes with this "feature", I always think "thank fuck Karl got rid of it".
Karl's reasoning behind it is annoying, "in case there isn't any monkey news", i.e in case he didn't find anything on "the internet", aka Annanova or Fortean Times, or a listener hadn't emailed in a story.
