- Steve goes to McDonald's to get some burgers so that Karl can attempt to beat the world record for most burgers stuffed in the mouth. After failing that (and making Ricky explode with laughter), Karl then tries to beat the record for most grapes eaten, which he also fails to do.
You could easily live your whole life and not experience the joy that Ricky felt watching Karl stuff burgers in his mouth

Swear to god, this 20 or so seconds is funnier to me than just about any stand up. It’s so perfect 😂

This episode is from April 2003. Regular McD's burgers were 69p, what a time that was!
Madness, I'm sure even if you added in inflation to that you'd be way off compared to today's prices.

Is the footage of this online anywhere ?
None has surfaced, at least not that I've seen. From what I know, the XFM webcam was one of those early "webcams", which didn't actually record and stream live video, but instead just took a still image every few seconds.
Yep, the webcam worked in a format where it took pictures every 15 seconds. They discussed it in one of Claire's episodes. Unfortunately no footage has surfaced of the webcam other than a few pictures which can be found on google. Perhaps XFM still has the footage as they do still in fact have all the XFM tapes which they used to release Best Of's.
@@risingelegant4311 Too bad they did not invest in an inexpensive VHS camcorder. The first consumer DVD camcorders were released in 1999, so that was also viable.
I suppose they would be apprehensive about investing in an item for a gig they weren't being reimbursed for, though.
