how did you measure and determine that there was only 2ms of latency? thanks

That stat was only something provided by the manufacturer. The only thing I get offer on that front is that I have played other interfaces with varying degrees of latency and I can start to feel it at about 10ms and I definitely don't feel any at all with this.
