    just do only pull up, push up and air spuats with high volum and high rep that makes you get jacked .
    You really didn't use any freeweight ?

    Hmm I was doing 100 pullups , 200 pushups , 300 squats and 2 mile run .its called MURPH .i never made a video of it cuz of running involved in the work out regime and I do my workout solo so did not have any other guy recording.
    One recommendation : don't do that every day.You need at least 2 day rest.Do morph twice a week almost thrice .other than that keep up the work.

      I'm using tripod to record. And yeah I did morph for a day but second day I couldn't do 100 pullups.
