Hmm I was doing 100 pullups , 200 pushups , 300 squats and 2 mile run .its called MURPH .i never made a video of it cuz of running involved in the work out regime and I do my workout solo so did not have any other guy recording. One recommendation : don't do that every day.You need at least 2 day rest.Do morph twice a week almost thrice .other than that keep up the work. ruclips.net/video/fMzbNfE0U-g/видео.html
