Features I love in shoes: patent leather, sling backs, square toes, pointed toes, kitten heels. Looks like I'm going to be spoilt for choice! I definitely need some leopard print. Thanks, Jamie. I loved this video.
Thanks for your lovely preview of what we might be seeing in fashion this fall. I want so many of these shoes. And, as a retired woman, I hardly ever wear shoes. Even with that consideration, there are many of these styles that I could see myself wearing. I'm off to shop.
I love the moto boots...have had a pair for many years and need new ones. I wear with skinny jeans or will often fit ok over or under straight-leg- jeans. Also with skirts. What I like is that they are so comfortable because I do a lot of walking. I love your styling, Jamie. It gives me a lot of ideas.
Some of the trends, especially the loafers, I wore many years ago and loved. Also love the higher heeled mules. I think the shoe trends this season are all very wearable for everyone. Thanks for the video
I have always found mules and sling backs to be uncomfortable and/ or challenging to walk in. As a teacher I often walk very fast. Maybe I’ll give them another look.
Great video! I love a square toe, platform anything and mary Jane style. I have some cream platform loafers but I have trouble styling them. Any suggestions? I am definitely a never on the leopard print and western style anything.
Thanks for sharing! I think they look great with jeans a chunky sweater and even a denim skirt! If you like cropped wide legs I think a platform loafer works well. I hope you like some of those ideas!
I'm really love the fringe boots. I won't wear fringe on clothes but on boots, yessss. I had a white pair of fringe boots in the 80's that I loved so much. I would probably still have them if my son's cat would not have peed on them...lol. I'm also in for the leopard print and snakeskin. Again, I won't wear those prints on clothes but love those prints on bags, shoes and boots. I have a pair of silver kitten heel slingbacks with a squarish toe from about 15 years ago that are totally on trend right now. Haven't worn them in years but I have been wanting to wear them lately. I NEED a pair of Mary Jane ballet flats. I'm getting excited about fall footwear!!!
I have the knee high boots with all the buckles in brown suede and black faux leather. I wear them with jeans, the brown ones with an off white crochet dress and Brown hat that's halfway between a fedora and a cowboy hat. I wear the black with cut offs on the back of our electric bike. And then just kicking around with jeans and a dressy black top Love your videos, would love to see some Trends on some higher healed shoes.
Thank you for sharing with me how you wear them! The outfits sound really cute! So many of the trends now are flats and kitten heels, lol. I will think on that!
Thanks for this fun and helpful shoe trend video, Jamie. I’m happy that low heels, flats, loafers, and sneakers are still in-style. My feet appreciate that!
I will pass on platforms. I wore them in the 70's. My favorite shoes are the burgundy patent leather and the red Paloma sling backs. Your presentation was wonderful. I guess I will keep my leather/leopard sneakers! Are the Dolce Vita shoes comfortable? I never wore that brand.
Thank you and I love those options too! Yes, the Dolce Vita are great. I have a few pairs and love them. I actually have the silver version of the leopard sneakers and they are comfy!
The moral of this podcast is, KEEP YOU SHOES AND BOOTS..Fashion just repeats itself..This is opportunity for the women that are building their footwear collection..
Whenever I wear pointed toe shoes or boots, I almost always notice a little spot in the material where I bumped it. And, good luck finding something to match the color of the shoe.
@@YourGuideToStyleany of them! Some of us arevstruggling with trying to dress nice. We try but we are tacky! Could you do a casual look, a dressy look and a work look? Maybe a shoe that you can dress up or down. Like a must have shoe that you kust have in your wardrobe that can be timeless.
Jamie, great job locating wearable shoe trends for this fall! Alas, they're all not for me (as expected). I don't care for anything that seems gimmicky or cheap, so that leaves out the shoes with the massive toe rings, mesh shoes, lucite/plastic heels (or any see through component), fold over boots, etc. I've also never been a fan of square-toed shoes/boots as they always look like a nasty escalator accident to me, lol. Most of the remainder were really cute; thanks again!
Moto sling backs seem odd at first but if I still was going to the office I’d buy a pair. Women in their 60’s should still try what would be on me a very different style
Loved this one and these awesome shoes except those red patent Mary Jane flat….looks like duck feet lol! I’m sure someone could rock them with the right outfit though…
A word to the wise : Spend your hard-earned money on classic styles that NEVER go out of style. You will always look classy and sophisticated, and SMART. Also, you won't end up with a bunch of shoes or clothes that you'll probably never wear again.
Will pretty round toe shoes with non clunky heels ever come back? The chunky or the very straight heels do not compliment the leg at all. I am so glad I have a collection of vintage shoes, because I would not wear any of these. And how are those "kitten heels"?
I like the pointy toed slingback flats. It's a nice option for those of us who cannot wear high heels but need shoes to wear with dresses :)
I totally agree!
I’ve fallen in love with Dolce Vita shoes! So comfortable. Thank you for featuring so many of their great styles!
Yes! I agree! They do the best at current season trends!
Features I love in shoes: patent leather, sling backs, square toes, pointed toes, kitten heels. Looks like I'm going to be spoilt for choice! I definitely need some leopard print. Thanks, Jamie. I loved this video.
You are welcome! You have great taste! 😍
I love slingbacks!!!
So many cute options! I need a bigger shoe budget this season.
I know! Me too!
Love a slouch boot, so glad they are back 🎉 also love a square toe ❤
I like them too!
Loved this! Thanks for researching and showing all the new fall shoes. I love your style and so many of the shoes you shared!
Thank you so much!
You look lovely. There are so many good trends! It will be difficult to stay on budget 😂
So true!
I will wear the slouchy, flats & western & silver and red trend . Love fringe boots and patent leather trend.
Thanks for sharing!
Just found your channel recently and am enjoying it immensely!! 😊
OH, I am so glad! Thank you!
I liked the high vamp red flats and the yellow sneakers. That color of green looks great on you.
Oh thank you!
Those are some different looking shoes!
They are!
Thank you for this video, Jamie! I love a lot of these options, but shoes are my weakness, so this is dangerous! 😅
I know! They are mine too!
Like shoes from the late sixties. Boomer here.
Very informative video ,Thank you !

Can’t wear flats kitten heel looks great 😊
I think so too!

I had t strap loafers in middle school the 60s.
Fun!

Love your content. That green dress looks so good on you. Hi from 🦘
Thank you so much
I bought a pair of burgundy chunky patent loafers a few years back. Can't wait to pair them up this season!
Great vid, ty!
That's great! Thank you!
I have always found mules and sling backs to be uncomfortable and/ or challenging to walk in. As a teacher I often walk very fast. Maybe I’ll give them another look.
Lol, the slingbacks might work okay.
Hate the pointed toes, so bad for your feet😂
Lots of fantastic shoes. I can’t wait to see how you style some of them as fall approaches!❤
Thanks! Can't wait!
You killed it with this video! I wish I could buy almost every pair. 😂
Thank you so much!
Your hair is so beautiful!! Love the green dress!!
Thank you so much!!
the platform loafers look like granny orthopedic shoes.
😂

Walmart often has good deals on fashion cowboy boots.
Yes they do!

H&M has cute silky pleated skirts in rich colors right now. I think they will go fast.
Oh nice! Thanks for sharing!

Lol, right! You are so welcome!
Thanks for this report! Do you know if any of them come in wide widths?
Yes! Dolce Vita does wide width and lots of the shoes on the video are from them. Here is the link:rstyle.me/+_3bEMDIq_QMinMqIQvN18g

Love all these trends. Can you do a video on how to style each of the show trends in this video?!?!
I would love to do that but it would be hard to do all of them. Any certain ones you prefer?

I wore moto boots to my nephews wedding with a chiffon maxi.
Nice! Thanks for sharing!
I'm a ❤fringe & moto❤ buckle chunky girl. I will look out for leopard & studs & bows. But will pass on kitten, flats, slingbacks, sneakers & loafers
Sounds good to me! 😁
Moto sling backs seem odd at first but if I still was going to the office I’d buy a pair. Women in their 60’s should still try what would be on me a very different style
Yes, they are growing on me as well!
How do you wear, style the moto boots?
I am actually thinking on that and may add some to my wardrobe to try to see what I can come up with!

I can’t get the links to show up. I hit “more” and nothing happens
What about the View Products button on the screen? If you find see it pause the video and it pops up.
When I hit more it takes me to a different video. This has happened a lot over the years the last couple of weeks with Jamie’s videos. Not sure why…
$700 for a pair of sneakers? That’s insane. They’re not even cute. 😩
They sure are comfortable though! 😊
@@YourGuideToStyleI wear Hokas and there’s nothing more comfortable.
@@marieoliphant8305 But thats a very different type of sneaker. Hokas do look comfortable, but I just cant get past the style.
Why do I like shoes so much? 😂
I know, right! 😂
The shoes are just too dang expensive for people on a budget. I’m sure similar versions can be found at lower priced stores.
The slouchy boots look cheap.
I can see why you would say that but some, if done well, can look expensive.

I like sling back and slouchy boots. I’m not a fan of fold over boot look. Live suede for fall
Thanks for sharing!
Hate those fold over boots.
I understand. I am still not sure how I feel about them, lol.
Some of those shoes are looking kind of 40’s to me.
No to the slouchy boots or the moto boots (too masculine for me).
The pink flats are the only ones that I would wear. Fuzzy shoes look like house slippers. Really NOT Interested!
Thanks for sharing!
I HATE SLING BACKS AND MULES! They are going to be out of style soon enough.
Thanks for sharing!
@@YourGuideToStyle well its not the look, its just the comfort, I like shoes within a back.
Dont like the styles. Ill stick with what I already have.
That's alright!
