2 cups Idli Rava
1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds/methi seeds
1/2 cup cooked rice
water as required
salt as required
oil for greasing idli moulds.

If you do the same way how I did,your idli batter won't be sour.Avoid putting salt before fermentation
