A lot of Italian made cars would disagree, but it's up there with all of them. What almost all of them have in common though is: they were made in the 60s and some in the 50s
If I had all the money I would have only a feel modern cars and all the rest majority would be restomoded classics of the level of this one! Work of art!
A truly beautiful car 😍😍 Agree with the light weight & lower power, a Peugeot 205gti or a Caterham are perfect examples of how much fun said vehicles can be 👌🏻👌🏻
Always loved E-types. What a fantastic restomod. Love that you’re giving those some attention, too. It’s a GREAT way to preserve a bygone era in automotive history. Imagine cars that were notorious for their unreliability suddenly having real world reliability you can count on day after day. And making them better than the day they rolled off the line. Fantastic.
The car looks fabulous with the colour and the details. But one thing that came across quite clearly, the gearbox and the shifts, I could almost feel the smoothness with how effortless the gears shifted, That in itself is a unexplainable.
This is why I would rather take something like an E Type over modern performance cars any day. The fact you don't have to go fast to enjoy it, being more involved in driving and of course the drop dead gorgeous looks. Yeah they're expensive, dangerous in a crash, and probably break down... but nothing is perfect. Great video James 😎🤘
A stunning example of less is more. A very interesting thought Mr JWW " Is the way forwards backwards". A beautiful silhouette of a classic car breathed on with modern craftmenship. We all want one of these. Great content as always Thanks
Absolutely gorgeous, both aurally and visually. Loved this video, man! You gained a new subscriber with it, and I'm about to deep-dive into your content!
BEAUTIFUL CAR... Thanks for a truly lovely review I love Suede Green interiors When young, I owned a full house Coombs 3.8 MK 2... HC head...revved like the clappers... Moss gearbox with no synchro...lots of whine... Tight limited slip diff It put out about 320bhp and weighed a bit more than this Lightweight... But it was EPIC... In those days...1960s... there were precious few speed limits and almost no traffic around A friend lived on a hill He would start to get ready (to go to local gigs etc) when he heard the Servais straight through exhausts ... ricocheting ...VERY hard edged... across the local valley... It was REALLY loud...made that Lightweight sound quiet I would be arrested today That Coombs...897 PBP... started my passion for beautiful machines Thanks for a GREAT review of a lovely car and bringing back some great memories for me ATB I am on Twitter in my old age @GrahamHengland
What an amazing machine. A Eagle E type is every car guys dream. You're a lucky man MrJWW to get to drive this one. Thanks for sharing it. Couldn't agree more about your statement that the way forwards is backwards.
A piece of Art! Beautiful shape, even better than the original E-Type! The proportions are a lot sportier and the details show perfection! Eagle is to Jaguar what Singer is to Porsche! Turning old sportscars into perfection! And yes, the way to go is backwards! This is all about driving pleasure! Not like modern cars, that are way to heavy, filled with too much electronics and multimedia and that are made of ugly Plastic in and outside...
Thanks, Eagle have done a fantastic job and it looks beautiful. I am a bit conflicted about Restomods versus originality, but they both have their place, but no to a battery conversion.
Most gorgeous e type for sure. I wonder why Eagle didn’t add the extra front lights as on the Le Mans original which makes it even more striking IMHO 🤔. I love the fact that the rear shape was developed with out the benefit of Computational Fluid Dynamics , just adding tufts of wool onto the body and observing their behaviour while driving up and down the motorway then hand beating the panels until the tufts gave them laminar flow over the rear surface- awesome old school methods.
Hi! It becomes a true tendency nowadays to transform classic iconic cars such as E-Type into real driver's cars. Giving the sense of hovering and self-confidence. You are quite right, modern cars don't give a feeling of emotional surge! Here you get visual, tactile and audio satisfaction! More restomodes to the channel!👍
I’ve always preferred two seater convertibles with hard tops than fast backs and this is absolute perfection, if I sold my house and everything else I own I might just be able to afford one.
Omg, finally and Eagle Speedster on the channel! What a company, and James, YOU are the KING of car RUclipsrs! So unbelievably proud of you and this channel!
That's is beautiful from a better time in car history, it shows you don't need all this fancy technology, I agree the future is to look back, you can't improve perfection , wonderful thank you for this very interesting , it would be good to see it tested back to back with an F type and a standard E type 👍...
The Eagle for me is truly what the E Type should have been from origin. I never understood the choice of having the wheels tucked inside the body on the original E Type. Many thanks for sharing. What a beautiful car! 👍🙏👍
Yes I agree I always thought the way the wheels didn't fill out the arches looked a bit wierd, especially as the car was long and tubular looking made it look like it would tip over in hard cornering
Not exactly a E-Type fanboy but this one has got to be the best looking car ever. What i dont like is the engine and that its even more stroked what seems to lower the redline even further. Thank god im not able to afford one anyways :D
James, as you praise lightweight and engaging machines, I don’t understand why you never made a video on the new Alpine line up. The A110 is modern interpretation of the light and fun sport car. You should test one day.
Just as before you were saying is the way forward is backwards, I was literly thinking are we going the way like of the American, restoration a classic and juicing it up with some modernised engineering, don't get me wrong it's a stunning car, it's like monalisa on wheels🤔😅, I better stop there just incase it'll ment something wrong 😅, thank you so much James for bringing us such beautie 😎
Eagles are fantastic, similar to reimagined Porsches by Singer. Unfortunately, at such low production volumes, the cost is astronomical. At 800k pounds sterling, that's a big handle.
Just an impression , I thought the front valance was poorly finished as was the one wheel (paint) in shot. I could be wrong, but for 1 million pounds, customer deserves much, much better ..!
Yes its very special and is the engine jaguar? But £800k wow thats a fortune but its gorgeous. Georgie Best wouldve loved this babe magnet except the lack of room with the tiny back seats making leg overs so difficult even if its him, superfit, super star and miss world, super, super fit and the most beautiful chick ever to sit in an E type Jag. Stunning and the stuff legends and dreams are made of.
Are the British B-roads one way? I’m in the US, and have no clue. It seems like there’s no pull off area or drainage ditch. Tiny road and suddenly rocks or tree.
The most beautiful car ever made. Perfect.
Just like Singer!😉👍
I couldn't have said it better myself
The series 1 Etype is the sexiest car ever build. This rendition exampified it to orgasmic levels! What a car, jaw dropped....
A lot of Italian made cars would disagree, but it's up there with all of them. What almost all of them have in common though is: they were made in the 60s and some in the 50s
If I had all the money I would have only a feel modern cars and all the rest majority would be restomoded classics of the level of this one! Work of art!
Me too! What would you have?
this is what i call a REAL CAR. just the perfect balance off hp, weight and feeling.
A truly beautiful car 😍😍

The sweetest machine you've ever had on the channel. Gonna be hard to top that.
It's unreal how something inanimate can be so gorgeous! I've probably seen every Eagle video on the YT and the beauty gets me every time!😮😲😍
Wonderful. I've owned a S1 E type for over 20 years. Could never sell it. There is nothing like it.
What a beautifully done E-Type.
Reminds me of one I saw when driving along the northest coast in the states.
This is why I would rather take something like an E Type over modern performance cars any day. Possibly the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.
From every angle this car is just stunning. So beautiful. Those overhead drone shots seeing it rolling down the road are awesome. 👍🏻😎👍🏻
As Mr JWW said “Is the way forwards, backwards?”. To quote someone else “The greatest cars have already been made”.
These made me appreciate the e series. When I was younger I thought what is the attraction. But omg these are just perfect.
Simply amazing. We're going to miss such cars in the near future. Thank you for reminding us the very essence of driving joy!
What an amazing machine. A Eagle E type is every car guys dream. You're a lucky man MrJWW to get to drive this one. Thanks for sharing it. Couldn't agree more about your statement that the way forwards is backwards.
Love the Paul Oz paintings..............We have Heath Ledger as the Joker on the living room wall
Some of the best looking cars in existence. Well done for reviewing this one. Love the sound of those webers.
It has SU carbs as the E-Type bad back in the '60s, and not Webers.
@@subarnosinha8042 Just saw that. I got ahead of myself thinking it would be similar to the one reviewed by Carfection.

My all-time favorite car since a kid...and that's a good way to describe it... Disproportionate Beauty!
Love this video!
A thing of beauty is a JOY FOREVER
I think it's one of the most gorgeous and most desirable cars in the world. Stunning
Thanks, Eagle have done a fantastic job and it looks beautiful. I am a bit conflicted about Restomods versus originality, but they both have their place, but no to a battery conversion.

MY Mothers favorite Jag.. E-Type.
I’ve always preferred two seater convertibles with hard tops than fast backs and this is absolute perfection, if I sold my house and everything else I own I might just be able to afford one.
Excellent review and how right to say we should go backward to go forward, plus cars of the 60’s have such style !
Just magical! Thanks for allowing us to see it!
@Mr.JWW
Soo hyped for the new Video Upload!
Seriously, like absolutely nothing else I would have wanted to watch at this ⌚ no BS💯💯💯
Great great great. Im a man into modern cars and bikes but this car is amazing. Love this channel
Wow. Words fail me! Perfection.. Great video, as always.
The only E type I’d consider beautiful!!
You, sir, have no taste.
Omg, finally and Eagle Speedster on the channel! What a company, and James, YOU are the KING of car RUclipsrs! So unbelievably proud of you and this channel!
Thanks - enjoy!
"Is the way forwards backwards?" Great question! 💯

definitely prefer the original E type but this is something beautiful
Straight 6 allll day…. The rasp reminds me of an E46 M3 😍.
Simply Stunning! Congrats on yours
Now this is much better content than the other supercarblondieesque videos, back to mrjww essence 👍
So this where it all started haha! James you absolute legend
Wow what a nice dream car! It looks fantastic big respect for the people ther make this car!! Best wish Reiner from Germany
Love the Restomod series and if I was rich enough I would own one of these amazing cars.
The Eagle for me is truly what the E Type should have been from origin. I never understood the choice of having the wheels tucked inside the body on the original E Type. Many thanks for sharing. What a beautiful car! 👍🙏👍

I like Jaguar in British racing green
Another beautiful Jaguar!😍👍
Upgraded E-Types are beautiful things. Other than Eagle I also like those by Helm.
Thank God they cleaned up the engine bay car looks fantastic
Not exactly a E-Type fanboy but this one has got to be the best looking car ever.
What i dont like is the engine and that its even more stroked what seems to lower the redline even further.

Love this car hoping it would bring your channel eventually. Here we are
😎🏁
😍 YES PLEASE.
James, as you praise lightweight and engaging machines, I don’t understand why you never made a video on the new Alpine line up.
The A110 is modern interpretation of the light and fun sport car.
You should test one day.
Enjoy the channel for the super car content, but really great when you work in a classic or a recreation. Thanks!
Would love to see the eagle speedster reviewed it’s basically the top less version of this one
Most beautiful car
That is a beautiful machine!
Fist bitingly gorgeous.
I like modern cars but I would take a classic Jag every time. This Eagle however tops them all in my book. Perfection
Just as before you were saying is the way forward is backwards, I was literly thinking are we going the way like of the American, restoration a classic and juicing it up with some modernised engineering, don't get me wrong it's a stunning car, it's like monalisa on wheels🤔😅, I better stop there just incase it'll ment something wrong 😅, thank you so much James for bringing us such beautie 😎
would like to see this one go up against the restomodded p1800
My dream car!
Stunning.
with the eagle E type the way forward is definitely backwards absolutely
It's a gorgeous car! I would just put some skinny tires. These are really large
Thank you for the video!
Oh cool, Mr.jww, we are the same age! I got ya by a year though!
Epic video
Thanks!
so gorgeous
One word, three letters;
WoW
The way forward is backwards. Yes. Across the board.
Beautiful.
Beautiful 😍
didn't handle heat though did it
Ohlins 😍. BTW great car 💪🏻🚀
Eagles are fantastic, similar to reimagined Porsches by Singer. Unfortunately, at such low production volumes, the cost is astronomical. At 800k pounds sterling, that's a big handle.
I need one of those!
Sadly couldnt handle the Dubai heat, which is totally understandable, but Its still a gorgeous work of art and machinery !!
Beautiful car🇬🇧
The HELM spec car seems a touch more sorted?
Where are you in the uk I've got and xj6 x300 1/1 spec coming out of the garage into the drive this month
Hi James wonder what Enzo Ferrari would have made of this E type......it's absolutely stunning 💞👏👏👏👏🌶️
You lucky man!!!
So beautiful 😍
Well lets get to watching the video! I bet it’s as awesome as they all are! And what a cool and sexy machine this E-Type is! Sheesh! 😍😍
Just an impression , I thought the front valance was poorly finished as was the one wheel (paint) in shot. I could be wrong, but for 1 million pounds, customer deserves much, much better ..!
Please review the aston martin DB4 GT that Jeremy Clarkson drove on the grand tour!!!! PLEASEEEEEEE
Perfection
Looks like it's going to the USA with those 'down is off' switches :)
Yes its very special and is the engine jaguar? But £800k wow thats a fortune but its gorgeous. No, but sometimes we wish they were!
Gorgeous car, but minus points for the lack of cupholders... lol
😂 but it makes up points for the Cigar lighter 😎🏁
@@MrJWW Touché sir, touché. Lol
Before I forget, how’s the Gemera coming along? Any new news on that?
He uploaded an update-ish video on it a few weeks ago if you look back
@@georgeduffy-smith7454 Awesome! I must have missed it. Thanks kindly.
It's a gorgeous looking thing but it's hard to ignore how the front end looks like a fish out of water
A million for that
Sit down
Always wanted to see one of these in the wild. Dunno that it'll ever happen being an american...
