I was going to try and make this from just watching your video..by the time I got to the end I decided to support you by buying the pattern on Etsy..I believe in supporting those that desire to share knowledge..Thanks for making such a good video.
Beautiful work, beautiful product! Thanks for making it available. Did you treat the inside in any way? Thanks also for indicating the materials used. Where does one find Tiger thread? Thank you in advance.
I'm absolutely in love with your videos! This video has got a beautiful background music. It's perfect for this type of video 'cause leather work should be relaxing :) I'll try yo make this long wallet! Thank you for sharing your beautiful works with us :)
Hey, what are you using at 2.44 ? Is that wax ? Or some sort of other smooth finisher ? All I have access to is is hard solid beeswax but it doesn't really do such a great job.
Where did you order it? They might be able to help you better than I can, as they know what leather was used. But there is something called leather stiffener, but I'm not sure how it is used and on what kinds of leather it works. Otherwise there isn't much you can do... There is the possibility to "bake" the leather, by soaking it in water and leaving it in an oven (with 50 degrees Celsius) until it is dry. But I wouldn't recommend it, since you have already a finished item.
Can you tell me what weight of leather you're using? I want to try making a wallet from scratch. I purchased a Tandy kit, but VERY unhappy with it!!! The leather is waaaay to light and the pre-punched stitching holes are big enough to drive a small car through :~)))) All in all, a very disappointing experience! Thank you. Stoney 327
I was just curious because its a great video and a good looking pattern. Been searching for patterns and tutorials and good ones are hard to find, and a lot of the tutorials suck. Yours is amazing!
I actually haven't sold that many, yet. I have never bought patterns for myself, so I can't tell the quality of others, but I'm sure that for some people my pattern sucks ;-).
Kinnari did you ever make a pattern for people to buy? I really like alot of your stuff and would like to get your patterns so I can make these myself. Thanks
Make sure, I purchased this pattern and it's absolutely no well done, I know how to make patterns and I know, the measurements are too small and he is not in the market for too long.
This is one of the most beautiful videos I've ever watched.
Thank you very much!
Beautiful craftsmanship!! There is nothing like a hand made piece! Thank you for sharing

Totally agree. Please keep this format!
No offense but you need to get your ass out there and see some more shit. Check out "Danger 5" if you want some real satisfaction.
Great piece, even better tutorial, and beautiful video. Top marks all around my friend!
I'll definitely try your stitching techinique. It's cleaner than the backstitch.
Your stitching is immaculate.
Not always, but thank you :-)

Hi friend, I see that at the time of making the holes, you use a trinchete of 6, what measures of knifing is the distance between holes? regards

Beautiful work, beautiful product! Thanks for making it available. Did you treat the inside in any way? Thanks also for indicating the materials used. Where does one find Tiger thread? Thank you in advance.
+Andrei Gotia No I didn´t treat the inside. You could do that, but on an item like this it shouldn´t be necessary.
Pot sa-ti vand eu tiger thread
+Alexandru Badea Va multumesc. Am reusit deja sa-mi fac rost. Dvs. de unde va procurati?
Anglia papiote intregi
+Alexandru Badea Va multumesc. Avem aceeasi sursa, deci. ;o).
Very informative video thanks. I only have a question do u apply any leather stiffner to leather before u start ur projects
+mirande kechk Hi, no I don´t. To be honest, I never really understood why to use leather stiffener. It seems unnecessary...
I'm absolutely in love with your videos! This video has got a beautiful background music. It's perfect for this type of video 'cause leather work should be relaxing :) I'll try yo make this long wallet! Thank you for sharing your beautiful works with us :)
Thank you Marta!
Work of art
Beautiful!
Amazing work! Are you using 1.2mm latigo leather or pre dye veg tan leather ?
It´s veg tan and I dyed it myself.
I see. It looks shiny and classy. Carnuba creme and bees wax does that?
Exactly :-)
How do you mix or apply the carnauba cream and beeswax?
so beautiful which came from hardwork
Hey, what are you using at 2.44 ? Is that wax ? Or some sort of other smooth finisher ? All I have access to is is hard solid beeswax but it doesn't really do such a great job.
So nice work. What do u use and brand in the minute 4.43? Tks
Renia contact glue.
U are kind. Thanks :)
Hi, lovely video mate. Just wondered what the product is in the blue tub you are using on the edges?

hola me gusan tus trabajos, que es lo que aplicas en el 2:44 ?
Very beautiful!
awesome video! May I ask, is there a method to choosing thread size in relationship to the thickness of the leather?
+Manuel De Leon You can choose whatever you want, it is matter of preference rather than a method/rule.
Or do you mean the length of the thread?
cool, I was wondering if I needed to buy different thread for leather that is 2mm vs. leather that is 4 or 6 mm. Thanks for the reply.
Hi! the logo was made with a 3d printer?
How thick and kind that leather you used...?
Omg where can i buy this?

Красиво. Но, монеты куда ставить?
Hi!!! I ordered a custom long wallet for my husband but its very flimsy:/ is there anything i can do to make it sturdy/firm?
Where did you order it? They might be able to help you better than I can, as they know what leather was used.
But there is something called leather stiffener, but I'm not sure how it is used and on what kinds of leather it works.

Stoney 327
+Stoney327 Hi, it is 1-1.2mm thick calf and quite stiff.
It sounds like that the prepunched holes are meant for lacing rather than stitching ;-)

What do you call that rotating sanding tool you use for the edges?
It was a burnisher made by "JustWood".
