This should be illegal for the government to keep babies blood.
It's an established fact police agencies consistently violate the rights of the people Under color of law. It's time for law enforcement To respect the rights/privacies of those they serve and educate their officers
in constitutional law during cadet training In an attempt to begin the process of regaining the trust of the public.
It’s never for a ‘good’ reason! It’s done without consent from the parents, and is kept on database unknowingly too! Nothing like this is done for the benefit of the child or family but for self serving nefarious reasons.
Interesting 🤔
This can be a double edge sword. These cards can be very useful when loved ones go missing and their DNA is needed to be put into missing persons databases. At the same time they can be used when a victim is missing and there is no known DNA reference sample from the victim. I would argue under certain circumstances access to these cards would be beneficial for the families/law enforcement for the 'right' reason.
Institute for Justice FTW 😊

What
@@MambaMentaladyI don't see what you're confused about
Face story to have your DNA samples
So 1 out of the 5 instances where this sort of information has been used was in the case of a man who was guilty of rape. Guess there’s also a claim to be made that, the more the rapist gets away with it, the more he gets to do it.
So paternity tests could be done at birth without any further need to draw blood ... establishing true paternity on the birth cert
@jyazman but not establishing DNA, therefore a paternity test wouldn't have done shit
@tmanv610 OK yeah sure... I'll have 2 of whatever they're on
