Were we at the same demo day?? If so, small world! Regarding the route: best demo ride route I’ve been on so far. Have yet to get on a similar one at other dealers!
One point regarding the wrist and ergonomics: it strongly depends on a person. Unfortunately, there are VERY limited options when it comes to adjusting position for a rider, so the very same bike might be a comfortable ride for one person, Ok for another and a real torture for yet another. It's shameful that bikes offer less options to adjust for height and dimensions that bloody bicycles, not to mention cars.
You're absolutely right! The one trick everyone has told me to use was more core than anything else. Lots of things to keep in mind and think about while riding!
To be utterly blunt with you, both of the Livewires felt like toys. I can't say anything about Zero just yet but I fully expected the toy experience with Energica. This was not the case. It was a motorcycle-first, then-EV approach to the idea rather than trying to cut it down the middle by creating an "effective" electric motorcycle for the road. Going to drop the second video from this event soon which focuses on the Eva Ribelle RS. It is basically the naked version of the EGO. Spoiler alert: both motorcycles were better than the Livewire One and the S2 Del Mar. I think Energica's price points across its offerings matches what it offers, esp with its level 2 charging capabilities and decent range if you're able to keep your hooning to a minimum 😅
Too heavy. No top end. It's very sluggish after 80 mph. Needs at least another gear. Charging options aren't there yet. Premium materials and suspension tho. Can't ride with your buddies with liter bikes. You will hold everyone up. Can't just get on the bike and go. Need a strict route for charging.
@@normand30 darn... well I'll stick with my F4i in the meantime. Wouldn't mind having an electric motorcycle for riding around the city or for a work commute idk. Perhaps electric motorcycles will be better in the future!
I remember doing a test drive at CalMoto on the same route and hitting that same dip in the road that you hit. Sneaks up on you for sure.

That’s a helluva bike! ❤❤
May i ask how weight feels pushing off side stand etc?
It's great that all the weight is down low, so it did not feel like a burden trying to keep it up. I'm flat-footed here so that helps!
I love it but worried about the weight
I do want to see what it's like again. Need to find another demo day, or I could rent one!
Lets gooo! Electric is here to stay!
Shhhh you're gonna anger the purists! 😂
@@BulaMeister 🤣🤣🤣
Where can I buy one Asap
If you’re located in the SF Bay Area, CalMoto in Livermore is a dealer for them!

Cool vid man, if I had the money I'd sell my Super Duke R and buy one. Maybe less grunting when you hit the bumps, you know, suck it up a little😎
The Super Duke R is no joke! Yeah, need to work on absorbing the gut punches lmao
Which one do you like better? The Energica or the Livewire?

Yooo - here's the video on the EVA Ribelle RS! ruclips.net/video/L-k630q0VOk/видео.html&ab_channel=BulaMeister
I was excited about it until you described the leaned forward position. I hate that.
Well, you will be happy to know there is a more "standard" version of this with handlebars rather than clip-ons!

You may have a point. Have you ridden the EGO+ RS against liter bike friends?
@@BulaMeister yes, I owned one.

@@normand30How fast was it in comparison to the liter bikes under 80mph?
@filthyscorpion Quicker under 80mph. Just needs one more gear to keep up with liter bikes.
Your voice seems like you’re in a struggle the whole time I like to bike but not so much the Complaining
Oof lol. Didn't mean for it to come off as complaining! Feel free to watch the other Energica video for less grunting. Thanks for watching!
🚘👍🚘
Thank you!
I know, I'm sure anyone who loves and likes real motorcycles will never buy this garbage 🙈
