It’s like he’s singing to the original record. Absolutely brilliant!! Phenomenal talent and dedication.
I will never get over the fact the Beatles made so much great and amazing music while only in their 20’s.
Those who really appreciate this are the folks who were alive at the time of the original and grew up during the Beatles success. I was in the navy when Abbey Road was released. The Analogues are unbelievable. Seeing all the instruments used gives some insight into details that went into each original song.
The transcription of Beatles' material is sacrosanct and the Analogues have accomplished a joyful adherence to this rule. The violinists' smiles at 1:51 are contagious! A staggering commitment of performance by these talented people.
The Analogues are giving the world something very special: the opportunity to hear this music played perfectly, while actually watching musicians play it. That's never been offered before, and we should count ourselves lucky that these gentlemen went to so much care and effort.
I'm sure they're being well paid! 🤣

@William G Danson Their versions are identical to the Beatles studio recordings! These versions are the ones that we fell in love with when they first came out.
Even if the Beatles were here now playing live it won't be the song that came out of the studio bc live versions are just not the same as the studio recorded version.
I don't know why people like the live recordings bc the artists will change the song(s) which I hate. I want to hear it as close as possible to the studio version. And that's what
The Analogues do. So its not the Beatles but it is their song identical. I think I would rather hear the Analogues instead of the Beatles. Its like that move "Yesterday" in a way.
I will just pretend they are the Beatles.

The Analogs are awesome! I was 13 years old when this song was released . It is great to hear these songs again. The Beatles were a tremendous part of my youth. I play this music for my kids. They love it. I pray that others will learn from us baby boomers. We changed the world. Now there are forces that are trying to destroy our past and the lessons that were learn. Music is the great equalizer. Rock on boys. After all, all you need is love.

Listening to my favorite music, Here comes the sun, made me feel like the Beatles were singing again.
Im a teenager again in the late 60's...this is simply so good and inspires me so much . Todays music even doesn't come close to this perfection. Thank you so much for this concert and of course for the Beatles music .

Very well executed Analogues. I bought the album in early 1970 and listened to it everyday for a year. You're about 2 clappers short on the chorus, but nobody will notice I don't think. Loved it.

I live in the US and, at 71 years old, one of my major regrets is that I never went across the pond to see the Analogues perform while they were still touring.
